This Unilateral Deed of Absolute Sale is made and executed by:
NABIL SOLAIMAN ABDULWAHAB, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident
of Blk. 19, Lot 19, Hawthorne Place, Robinson Highland, Buhangin, Davao City,
Philippines, for and in consideration of the amount of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY
(Php 2,000,000.00), Philippine Currency, paid by IMMALENE CONCEPTION G.
MACATUMBAS of legal age, Filipino, married, and JOHN ARVIN B. GARILLOS
likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, both are residents of 1366 Quezon St. Barangay
Magugpo Poblacion, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, do hereby SELL,
CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally unto and in favor of
said Immalene Conception G. Macatumbas and John Arvin B. Garillos, their heirs,
successors and assigns the following parcel of land free from all liens and
encumbrances and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 142-2014011055,
particularly described as follows:

Province of Davao. Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 23 on the S.,
along line 2-3 by road Lot 5; on the W., along line 3-4 by Lot 21; and on the
N., along line 4-1 by lot 26, all of the amendment plan. Beginning at A point
marked “1” on plan being N. 79 deg. 21’ W., 238.90 M. from B.L.L.M No. 2,
