I am polish and for most of my adult life I have lived and worked in London (21yrs).
I have worked and managed as self employed on many different projects in London
from residential -in the most expensive areas of the city to commercial office fit out, 5 star
hotels, bars & restaurants, high street retail shops (please see CV for details) It gave me the
ability of adapting to changing work conditions within projects and companies .
I have high integrity, it's my highest value, I am self motivated and flexible on time.
I’ve taken pride in my work as a carpenter/ joiner, and as a manager I do respect my team and
always try to bring the best out of them by motivation and setting a good example. Health &
Safety is my priority, as well as maintaining work's progress, quality, budget. I am
experienced in managing trades as well as clients expectations. On most of the office fit out
projects I was in direct contact with the client's management team. I have also worked closely
with designers and architects. As London is a multicultural city I have had the chance

different characters.

experience in working as a carpenter/joiner on site. 7 years of site management experience.
