3- Touch Screen

3.1 Main screen

In every page when touch button, screen will enter the current
working page.

Current working page:

3.2 Operation page
Single Cycle/Manual/Auto Cycle Mode Select Switch 1 2 3
1. Single cycle : The machine function only one cycle.
2. Manual : Each function or movement of the saw control by
manually.
3. Automatic : The machine function as automatic
cutting cycle.

A. Working Job
It shows the Job you are cutting. Please refer to JOB SETTING
B. Blade speed
The blade speed tachometer is located on the door of control box. The blade speed,
expressed in surface meter per minute. The inverter operation manual is supplied by
separately inside the electrical cabinet.
C. Table position
It shows the shuttle table current position.
D. Feeding length
It shows the length it had feed already.
E. Actual
It shows current squareness. Please refer to OUT OF SQUARE
F. Cutting length
It show next cut length
G. Cutting pieces
It shows the cutting pieces will be finished in the Job
H. Cut-off pieces
It shows current cut had finished

Cutting Job setting. Refer to Job setting

3.3 Information

Blade cutting time: Display total blade running time. If change blade, press
to remove the record.

Blade cutting area: Sum up total blade cutting area. If change blade, press
to remove the record.

3.4 Alarm

Display alarm code and reason machine stop. While alarm occurred, the warning light
turn to red. Till solve the problem, the words on the screen turn from red to Green.
To remove the alarm history by press

3.5 Function

(1) Trim cut


Trim Cut ON: the first cut will be not counted.
Trim Cut OFF: the first cut will be counted.

Press blue blank to set the trim cut length.


(15~100mm)

(2) Cutting rate

Press to set diameter of the bar
Select ROUND or SQUARE

After press Blade start:
- Frame position: Display current frame position.
- Cutting Speed: Display current speed of frame moves down.
After enter diameter of bar (or Width and Height), it will calculate the cutting rate and
Single cut cutting time.
- Last cutting rate: Display exact cutting rate of last cut

(3) Out of square

Trimcut

Enter the material width and setting value, when start cutting, when actual tapper
value bigger to setting value continuously for 30 second, Out of square alarm
occurred.

(4) Hold on device

荛 In Manual mode, when you manually clamp
or open the vise, hold on vises will not move with
other vise.
荜 荝
Only on the screen, press the front/rear top vise on
, and continuously press top vise lift or down, it could
start to work in MANUAL mode.

荜 荝 IMPORTANT
Whether in single or auto mode, please confirm the top vises worked or not on the
screen.
After start cutting, if the function is on, then top vises will move with front vise and
rear vise. If the function is off, the top vises will stay in last movement, start
cutting might cause the material or vise brake the top vise.

& NOTE:3.5Functionscanonlysetwhilemachineisnotrunning.

A and B with color can be set or replace the value by press the area

C. Finished Cuts

Automatic cycle :
Setting the jobs (1~9) want be cut during automatic cycle operation, by touching the
job number,

91 Job was/were choose will be in yellow on background and a check as


showed.
All of the Jobs can be choose, but the cutting sequence will based on the Numbers.

For example:
Turn to auto mode, it will cut 6
pieces of 15mm (1) and 3pieces
of 600mm (2)

Press the Job number again for not choosing this working Job.

Press will clear all the Finished cuts (C) whether choose or not choose.
