Plants for Lives is more than just a Business; It is a movement. It is a reminder that even in heart
of the City, nature has the power to transform our lives. Through our dedication and passion, Our
team are proving that plants are not just decorative elements, but essential contributors to more
sustainable future.
This project also emphasizes how critical it is to inform and encourage people to adopt a plant-
based lifestyle. Plants For Lives inspires a group effort towards a more sustainable future by
disseminating information about plant care, encouraging community involvement, and
supporting greener habits.
COMPANY BACKGROUND
The Idea behind Plants for Lives with the tagline, “Grow Plants, save Lives”, we the Financial
Management Students aim to preserve the environment and emphasize the value of nature.
The perspective took root, and we began to delve deeper, we researched the numerous benefits
of plants, from improving air quality and reducing stress to bosting creativity and productivity. We
learned about the growing demand for urban green spaces and the increasing awareness of the
connection between nature and well-being.
Fueled by our brainstorming, passion and research, we started to develop a comprehensive
Business Plan. We envisioned “Plants for Lives” as a multi-faceted venture that would offer a
range of services.
Plants for Lives was founded with the unwavering belief that plants are not just decorative
addition to our lives, but essential partners in creating a healthier, happier, and more sustainable
environment. We are driven by the desire to empower individuals and communities to
experience the transformative power of plants, both personally and collectively.
We Strive to:

SCOPE OF WORK
WHO
Plants for Lives will be operated by Jaynah Saludar, Miza Samson, Anna Liza Intong , Christine
Sayam, Ivy Didal, and Joshua Aguanta.
WHAT
Plants for Lives will provide plants services and installation bringing the beauty and benefits of
plants directly to people’s homes and offices it may be indoor plants or outdoor plants.
WHERE
The Plants for Lives is located in A.C Cortes Avenue Looc Mandaue City besides University of
Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue, where students and employees can able to inquire and seize the
beauty of nature.
WHEN
The operating hours of Plants for Lives will be at 9:00 am -7:00 pm a total of 10 hours a from
Monday to Saturday, Sunday is half day will open at 9:00 am-12:00 noon. There will be a 30
minutes cleaning and preparing time for the employee between 8:00-9:00 in the morning before
the operating hours.
HOW
The Business will ensure the nature’s ambiance and protection to our environment by providing a
greenery and essential to our consumers lives.
And most importantly our business ensure to set all the necessary permits and documents
needed and will ensure to satisfy the needs of every customers demand.
WHY
Plants for Lives providing that plants are not just decorative elements, but essential contributors
to more sustainable future.
TIMELINE
CONDUCT STUDY - 2 months
Provide a sustainable and helpful to our surroundings and by preserving the greenery
environment people in our society can able to benefit from nature’s beauty and we the
entrepreneurs believe that by preserving the nature is the biggest help to our world today’s
generation. We conduct a survey and research for about 2 months and by monitoring it, we are
confident to say that people loves the idea of having indoor and outdoor plants and by providing
to our consumers it will make the life of the plants healthier and happier environment.
BRANDING AND MARKETING - 3 months
Create a relatable LOGO design, advertising through social media and creating a business
website and promoting it by making sample brochures. We also doing partnership with
businesses in line with our products and services.
PRODUCTION - 1 month
Plants for Lives ensure to provide best quality products and services as our plants are attractive
and a live, we also use the best quality and organic soil and providing customize designs and
arrangements as well and also we ensure that pot are neat and clean and we can also provide
pot’s that customize, e.g. with design or with paints (prices may varies for the desired designs).
TRANSACTION AND DEALING - 2 months
As we market our products our business venture creates partnerships and resellers that can able
to promotes the business in to wider community and we entrepreneurs can able to transact the
demand of the consumers and provide satisfaction and implement new strategies to apply in
matters of improving the awareness of nature.
LAUNCH AND GROWTH - PRESENT
Maintaining the good quality of the product by providing organic materials excellent services and
continue to promotes and advertise the business in creative ways. And maintaining the high
demand and most importantly monitoring the customers concerns and suggestions.
