A.

Attainment of Objective
Sangguniang Kabataan mandatory training had provided an opportunity to lay-down all
matters regarding operations, (Technical), role of newly-elected official (mandatory and
obligation) the training also capacitate the leadership potentials of the newly-elected SK
official to perform as team in completing the teambuilding activity, that the organizers
has prepared. The mandatory training pushes all aspects as a leader, (legal aspects,
roles of responsibilities, leadership potentials and capacitate on how to operation or from
the council)
The SK mandatory training also provide venue to break their political differences (if any)
of the SK council such as political differences, set common goals and draw clearer
direction for the SK/ Katipunan of their barangay/ constituents.

B. Host
The DILG together with YSDD has provided services. Such as technical assistant, legal
knowledge and learnings that can be use by the new-elected official in fulfilling their role
of obligation. In the said training many has ask on the limitations of the SK official, their
target and need deliverables that needs to be provided the host/ organizer also put clear
direction the training and provide the need information and setting-expectation of the
participants. The host also gave the organizer an opportunity to be the mouth-piece of
the while program, target and direction.

C. Time management
As the whole of the training time-management is a great challenge considering that the
program of activities and capacity of the participants and organizer execute all activities.
Physical capacity and various factors on the challenge/ hurdles, that the organizer need
to overcome. But on the end all target, topics, activities and deliverables are
comprehended and provided.

D. Secretariat Support
The secretariat has provided a backbone support to ensure that all on file of the
mandatory trainings are delivered and completed. Coordination, information
dissemination and other support, task are ensured to be provided to make the training
success.

E. Relevance of Presentation
Topics presented have been discussed and provided are relevant to the objective and
goals of the SK mandatory training all presentation that are provided are within the
provided files and data that should be given to the participants. 90% the said provided
file by NYC/ DILG are used and provide additional information that are timely of relevant
to the current status of Makati and its constituents the additional data generated are
presented to help the learning more relevant and actual to the current situation of
katipunan ng kabataan of Makati.

F. Timely provision of reference materials


Reference files/ materials are accessing in __ the participant/ SK officials. While
provision of topics are reference materials for the speakers are vital and inevitable for the
speaker presentation and analysis __ to the training. Timely provision provided clearer and well
prepared learning manners that are important to the organizers goal and obligation.

G. Adequacy of reference materials


Reference materials are able to be access on-line / common drive – Google drive for
long access of those participants/ organizers/ speakers.

H. Platform/ application N/A

I. Quality of audio and video systems


The venue had provided an audible sound system and video system for presentation are
cleared and functional. On-line connection that are needed for the video presentation
clear

J. Venue and facilities


The venue is conclusive for learnings and the facilities are applicable to the purpose of
the activity.

 Rooms are enough and comfortable to the participants of as guest


 Accessibility are not an issue but not challenging
With relaxing scenery the mind and body/ bond for learning and easy to
understand.
Facilities such as training rooms/ __ room are conclusive in learning/ training. Necessary
connection to WIFI are available. Training teambuilding course facilities can utilize and
able to serve its purpose for he SK-MT of Makati.
K. Meals
The organizer have provided a set of meals that are local and some are international
menu which set a variable choice and provide a change of taste every time/ every meal.

 The food that had been provided are complete main course, rice and dessert
with drinks are enough and able to provide to all participants, organizer, guest
and speakers.
 The food provided are nutritious and good source of energy for the
participants as well to the organizer which is needed for the activity.

It was discussed that decentralization has two platforms which is Political Administrative
Political Decentralization____ administrative decentralization focuses on the
decentralization of functions.

2 Types of Decentralization
1. Devolution
The transfer of power for the purpose of central function for the national or
central to local government
2. Deconcentration
A power of delaying further power from central government to local government

Discuss was also provided plenary regarding the SK function of Decentralization as local
or LGU to government basic task and needs of Youth to be implemented. The participants also
ask the possible limitation of decentralized task given/ transfer to the national office. While, in
local governance, discussed the appearance and the importance of local government in
implementing power for the citizen, it _____ that the governance focus when the citizen of the
locality are truly able to have the opportunity to ____________ the speaker Atty. Chery,
emphasize the real role in local governance of SK as one of the most reliable means to
implement youth program and to influence the local government on how to provide project for
the citizen.

Session I Head: Rusty Ignacio
Topic overview: Leadership skill and Team activity
The first schedule of the day is a team activity which had test the physical capacity and
individual skill of the participants. Targeting the activity aims to execute/ extract the ability/ skills
of each other bond on the activity provided to the team buildings the obstacles, event will be
assigned to each members of the team to accomplished that will trigger other task to be
completed for other members to start.
Processing of the task completed/ accomplished and discussed to the group such as
observation in completing the task, technique communication and other group sharing is done to
provide the experience of the participants which the station leader/ head of the activity provide
an overview and completion of the team to the task.

- Obstacle course
Session II
Topic: Team strategy/ situational analysis test activity
Activity: Hula hoop

The second schedule activity is a test of team strategy which includes communication,
analysis, coordination and team effort. The activity induces the participants to surpass the task
given (to pass through the hula hoops as one team) limited time to strategized and planning.
The activity provides the opportunity to create trust, understanding and team effort. The activity
also helps to express each member to show its personality and talent ability as a team, same
way that they do as SK officer. The station commander provided them limited time to plan and
execute the activity on its best time.
