A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHANGE IN SIGNATORIES OF THE CURRENT
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ACCOUNT WITH THE LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES,
STA.MARIA BRANCH AND DESIGNATING AND AUTHORIZING THE HON. CHRISTIAN
POL S. SANTOS, SK CHAIRPERSON AND ANNA JOY DE CASTRO, SK TREASURER AS
SIGNATORIES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 20(b) of the Republic Act 10742 otherwise known as
SK Reform Act as amended by R.A. 11768, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall have
financial independence in its operations, disbursements and encashment of their fund,
income and expenditures. As such, the Sangguniang Kabataan funds shall be deposited
in the name of the Sangguniang Kabataan of the concerned barangay in a government–
owned bank situated in or nearest to its area of jurisdiction with the Sangguniang
Kabataan chairperson and the Sangguniang Kabataan treasurer as the official
signatories;
WHEREAS, In accordance to the above provision, there is a need to authorize the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson and the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer, for

[email protected]whatever legal transactions they may enter at the Land Bank of the Philippines,
Sta.Maria branch, wherein this Bank is the depository Bank of this Sangguniang
Kabataan and that there is a need to present their signatories for acknowledgement.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Hon. Bryan L. Casimiro and seconded
by all Sangguniang Kabataan, be it;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize the change in signatories of
the Sangguniang Kabataan account with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Sta.Maria
branch and designating the Hon. Christian Pol S. Santos, SK Chairperson and Anna Joy
De Castro, SK Treasurer of Barangay Pinagtulayan, Norzagaray, Bulacan as signatories
thereof.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Officers and/or Manager
of the Land Bank of the Philippines, Sta.Maria, Bulacan for their information and
appropriate action.
I hereby certify to the correctness of the above-quoted Resolution No. 006-2024
this 18th day of February 2024 at Barangay Pinagtulayan, Norzagaray, Bulacan.
