3. Qualifications

(a) Headmaster/Headmistress on Regular Basis

(i) Graduation in any specialization with min 50% marks in each and overall aggregate. (ii)
B.Ed/M.Ed/B.EI.ED/two year diploma in elementary education.
(iii) Min 08 yrs of teaching experience with at least 05 Yrs as PRT in a CBSE recognized school.
(iv) Age-Max 55 yrs and 57 yrs for ESM/teachers from the same school (as on 01 Apr 2023).
(v) Qualified in CTET and OST.
(vi) IT/Computer literate.

(b) PGT - Post Graduation in the subject and B.Ed (minimum 50% marks in each).
(c) TGT – Graduation in the subject and B.Ed (minimum 50% marks in each).
(d) PRT/Asst Teacher – Graduate with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education
D.E.Ed/ B.Ed (minimum 50% marks in each). The candidate who is qualified in B.Ed and
not D.E.Ed to undergo six months Bridge Course in Elementary Education within 2 years
of appointment as PRT from an institute recognized by NCTE.
(e) Pre Primary Teacher – Grade XII any Recognized Board with 50% of Marks. Should have
done Nursery Teachers Training Course or Two-year diploma in Elementary Education from an
institution reconnized and approved by State Education Department. Graduation in any field is
desirable.
(f) TGT (Computer Science)- BCA or Graduation in Computer Science or B. Tech (Computer
Sc/IT) with minimum 60% of mark and B.Ed with 50% marks.
(g) PET - Graduate in Physical Education/B.PED/D.P. ED( with 50% min marks
(h) Librarian /Asst Librarian- B.Lib. Science or Graduate with Diploma in Library
Science with minimum three years work experience and basic knowledge of
computer (MS Office/ Windows-10).
(j) Accountant - Commerce Graduate or fifteen years service as a clerk (for ESM).
Basic Computer Application Course of Army/Diploma in Computer Applications of not
less than one year duration. Knowledge of double entry system of accounting, excel
sheet and accounting software (MS Office, Tally etc.
(k) LDC- Graduate or ESM. Computer literate(MS Office -12000 key depression per hour) and
basic knowledge of accounting.

(l) Physics Lab Attendant- 10+2 with Science and basic knowledge of computer (MS
Office / Windows -10).
(m) Computer Lab Tech- Minimum 10+2 with one year Diploma in Computer Science
and knowledge of Hardware, Peripheral and Networking.
(n) Science Lab Attendant- 10+2 with Science and computer literate.
(o) Front Desk Executive (Receptionist) Graduate with basic knowledge of
computer (MS Office/ Windows-10) and good communication skills.
(p) Nurse (Paramedic) – 10+2 and diploma in nursing with minimum five years of
experience. A female Paramedic will be given preference.
(q) Supervisor Administration – Preferably an Ex Servicemen JCO/Hony Commission
Rank. In case of Civs, graduate from a recognized University and must have min seven
years of experience in administration preferably in an academic institution. Should have
basic knowledge of Computer, Accounts, Documentation, Stores and Equipment
handling. Good comn skill in English and Hindi. Age upto 57 years of ESM and upto 55
years for Civs.
(r) Ayaa – 8th Pass, minimum one year of experience of working in a school.

Age :-ser (b) to (q) above - As on 01 Apr 2024, below 40 years for fresh candidates and below 57
years for experienced candidates (incl ESM).

Form alongwith testimonials & DD/Postal Order for Rs 100/- in favour of Army Public School, Bikaner
must reach at Army Public School, Bikaner, Post Office–Udasar latest by 10 Mar 2024. Only short
listed candidates will be called for the interview based on vacancies existing on the date of
interview.
