All items outside of 30 days the Manufacturers Comprehensive Warranty support package sold with
the item applies , please contact them directly whilst in front of the unit and log a support call , they
will resolve quickly and at no cost to you any Hardware issues within the standard Terms and
Conditions .
For returns within 30 days on unwanted items , All Items to be returned complete and as New Pristine
condition as sold , carriage prepaid labels are not available for non faulty lines, items to be returned at
the customer cost via a insured Trackable carrier . These need to be returned in a condition they can be
resold as new if not a restock fee will apply of up to 20%
Laptops & Desktops need to be restored to back to factory settings any passwords data removed , if
not done a restock fee of 20% will apply covering engineers time to do , advice of how to restore a
Laptop /Desktop to factory settings is available from the Manufacturers support teams and is simple
process to do .
We reserve the right inline with Amazon policy to inspect goods on receipt for verification that goods
returned are in the condition sold , should this not be the case we reserve the right to apply a
restocking fee in line with Amazon policy
From receipt please allow 5-7 working days for inspection processing and refunds
For Faulty products within 30 days the fault will need verifying by the Manufacturer support team and
DOA ( dead on arrival) returns reference obtained . Please call them whilst in front of the unit and have
your invoice from your Amazon order summary available as proof of purchase . If issued with a DOA
Reference a prepaid label will be sent and a fast replacement or refund will be actioned .
Manufacturers expert support is good ,most issues are resolved over the phone , hardware faults are
rare
All items are supplied with comprehensive 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty at no extra cost , on a collect
and return basis all at the Manufacturers cost , covering parts and labour and carriage costs , please
always register your details on set up , it helps to speed up the process .
All Monitors have dead pixel policies these are Strictly adhered to , please ensure any return requests
are outside of the Manufactures dead pixel policy to avoid rejection

Additional Instructions for posting your package
Securely package the item to avoid damage during return - if possible, please use the original
packaging.
Remember to include the Return Merchandise Authorisation inside the package.
Affix the postage label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery
address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Affix the appropriate postage to your package.
Send the parcel from your nearest post office or via the delivery method of your choice. If the value of
the items you’re returning is more than £20.00, it's recommended that you use a trackable return
method.
