following terms and conditions for leasing a unit at South Hills .

RENTAL DETAILS
DETAILS OF MONTHLY RENT AND TOTAL RENT
- Base Rent (per month) include WHT Tax 10% : IDR 28,742,000,-
Payment Including :
Service Charge and Sinking Fund ;
10% WHT Tax and
Internet 100Mbps

Land and Building Tax

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Tenancy Security Deposit
Equal to 1 month rent ( tax is not applicable ) : IDR 25,867,800,-
PAYMENT TERMS
- Deposit amount of IDR 25,867,800,- must be paid on March 19th, 2021. The Security
Deposit is refundable, interest free, 30 (thirty) days after the expiry of the lease provided
the Tenant has complied with all terms and conditions stated on the Lease Agreement
- The balance rental charge amounting IDR 310,413,600,- including withholding tax 10%
should be paid on March 19th, 2021 before Lease Expiry Date. (withholding tax will be
paid by the LESSOR, tax deduction evidence will send to LESSEE maximum 2 months
after full payment of rental.
- Withholding Tax as amount IDR 34,490,400,- should be deduct from base rental and paid
by the Lessee to Tax Office, the Lessee will issued tax deduction evidence will be sent to
The Lessor maximum 2 months after full payment of rental.
The Security Deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation by the Lessee, which
is refundable at the end of the lease on the basis that all terms and conditions of the lease
are adhered to.

Any additional bank’s charge/fee incurred during the transfer is to be borne by the Lessee.
The above payment must be remitted to the Lessor’s account by way of bank transfer or cash
to in Full Amount:
Please understand that the same unit may be offered to another prospective tenant and subject
to availability. The Lease Agreement shall be prepared for your execution in due course.
