ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

Name of Activity: Celebration of 3rd Quarter Portfolio Day


Date : April 13,2024
Venue : ABNHS Gymnasium
Participants : Students, parents and teachers of ABNHS

1. Objectives/Agenda:

 The purpose of this activity is to give recognition to the students who have excelled in
academic performance and showcase their best works.
 To communicate student’s efforts, progress towards accomplishing their goals and
 Provide feedback on students’ performance to the parents.
 Distribution and signing of pupil’s report card.

2. Highlights of the Activity

The 3rd Quarter Portfolio Day started with a prayer followed by National Anthem played by then
sound system, opening remarks by our Academic Group Head, Rufino B. Homerez III. Parents,
students, and teachers were gathered in the ABNHS gymnasium. Next activity was giving of
certificates, display of learner’s 3rd quarter outputs and performance. The highlight of the activity
was the Parent-Teacher-Adviser conference and giving feedback. Finally, closing remarks by the
OIC, Greg L. Galos.

1. Teachers from every grade level showcased the best output of their students.
2. Parents were informed to see the outputs of the students in different subject areas displayed by
the teacher.

3. Results

1. Student participants especially the awardee enjoyed the event, they received their awards with
smile on their faces.
2. Parents participants were grateful for the achievement of their children. They were happy to see
the outputs of the students displayed by the teacher. Parents were also interested to ask feedback
on the performance of the students. The said event was successfully done.
