6.3.6 Installation procedure
[Installation instructions]
□ 1) Detach the main unit from the bottom plate by inserting a flat-head screwdriver into the two gaps
at lower side of remote control to unscrew it. Improper operations may cause damage to clasp
beside the gaps and fail assembly of the main unit, so be sure to take much care when detaching
it.
□ 2) Fix bottom plate and handle wires.
A. Lay wire along the groove made in the wall.

B. Lead wire out from the top or side of remote controller for installation.

(3) Connect and lay wire along the wiring channel provided in remote
controller.

* Be sure to use wire of 0.3~0.75mm2 (in length not larger than 30m). In case of length larger than 30m, use
stranded wire of 1P -0. 75mm2 (in length not larger than 500m).
* Any interim cable between remote control and indoor unit must be laid at least 30cm away from power cable.
* In case of spacing less than 30cm, lay the interim cable in cable tray fabricated of metal earthed in D pattern,
or otherwise the equipment may fail due to interference to the power supply.
* In case that the remote control is used to control more than one indoor unit, set addresses of coolant system

Cooling/heating/dehumidifying/auto/blasting
Heating function is available only in products furnished with heater.
Connect power supply.
For protection of compressor, power supply need be connected

● When mute function is activated via wired controller, current fan speed will be displayed and cannot be regulated.
● When air conditioner is powered off, mute function will be deactivated.
● When operation mode is changed, mute function will be deactivated.

Timer Setting

● Air conditioner will be started from standby when the time set on timer has elapsed.

6.7 Alarm indication
