Places are for people. This is one of our core beliefs.
Everything from the street design and layout, to the
architecture of the buildings, the urban furniture and the
landscaping – everything should be purposefully planned and
built to support the needs of the people living and visiting the
place. That’s exactly what we’ve done at Artisan Park.
Good neighbourhoods don’t come about by accident.
They’re planned. Communities need spaces they can gather
in, to engage and connect. That means creating spaces
people can sit, and walk, and exercise, and aimlessly

That’s not to say there’s no space for cars – Artisan Park

invited nature into every space we could, choosing organic
materials, shapes and colours over artificial alternatives.
Just as with the shophouses, each townhouse at
Artisan Park has two disctinct facades. Here however,
rather than maximising opportunities for business, these
are there to maximise opportunities for restiveness. On
the one side residents have a convenient public entry, with
dedicated private car and bike parking, and on the other,
there’s a private pedestrian entrance, opening up onto a
peaceful walking area.
Lush green nature corridors run through the space
between lines of townhouses, offering an idyllic path
beneath the emerald leaf canopies of the trees overhead,
