 FD Grip Tan A Type Coupler is a high performance mechanical
connection system.
 Both rebar ends are clamped together with couplers then couplers
are connected with a high tensile bolt.
 Attachement Procedure: After screwing the connection bolt into (3)
the sleeve, turn the connection side until the edges of both sleeves
are in contact,the tighten with the prescribed torque.

MACHINES TORQUE

Put a marking on the connection meeting between clamped sleeve and

threaded rebar using paint or any paint like material.

Threading Machine
Set the torque wrench to the threaded rebar according to the specified
torque value. The marking position will change after applying the
torque. The torque value is specified in the table below. The torque
wrench specification can be seen in the table below.
