Application
Joncryl® 9532 is a pure acrylic self x-linking dispersion with excellent resistance properties, especially
against hand crème, sweat and ethanol, paired with excellent scratch resistance and hardness. In
addition, Joncryl® 9532 provides a high blocking resistance and a good grain enhancement. Joncryl®
9532 can be used broadly, for interior furniture and flooring applications.
It provides excellent performance as a sole binder, or in combination with other acrylic dispersions or
PUD’s (e.g. Joncryl® U 4190 or U 4501).
Formulation guideline
Due to the high MFFT, a quantity of 5 to 8% coalescent solvent, on dispersion supplied, is usually
recommended to ensure a good film formation at lower temperatures. Suitable coalescents are BG,
BDG, DPnB or Texanol, especially combinations thereof.
Storage
This product should be stored in tightly sealed original packaging at temperatures between 5 °C and
40 °C.
This product must be protected from frost.
