duties:
      Implemented child protection        program to improve community resilience and
       facilitating linkages as guided by the National Case Management system(NCMS).
      Facilitated household economic strengthening initiatives through Savings and Internal
       Lending Communities (SILC) as well as training households on market linkage skills
       and value addition.
      Enrolled, developed case plans, conducted assessments / conducted case monitoring,
       updated service checklists at quarterly bases and case resolutions for PLHIV.
      Trained community cadres i.e. VHW and CCWs on child protection and safeguarding
       issues. Updated client data and service reach in the POMIS online system.
         Offered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to OVCs in need. Tracking OVCs living with
          HIV for service uptake.
         Linked OVCs to appropriate services as requested.
         Mobilization and facilitation of community outreach programs aimed at reducing

         Facilitated and manage Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) groups
          of women who saved together and take small loans from those savings and
          ensure increased household income, increased household expenditure on
          essential social services, increased household access to cash assets and
          improved household resilience to external shock such as food insecurity.
         Managed Community Voice and Action groups (CVA), informing, educating
          and organizing dialogues between local communities and their government on
          GBV issues.
         Formed, managed and conscientized groups of men on GBV as part of an
          inclusive approach to activism against GBV.
         Advocating for women participation in community development initiatives and
          ensure they have equal representation and participation.
         Implementing the disability inclusion component in schools, through advocacy
          for structural and infrastructural recommendations.
         Developed CVA community scorecards to ascertain progress on service
