DESCRIPTION
Clearix ECO BLEACH Liq. is a decolorizing agent, halogen and heavy metal free, developed for bleaching
applications on denim garments
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Clearix ECO BLEACH Liq is a ready to use product, through which it is possible to obtain bleaching
discoloration effect on denim garments.
Clearix ECO BLEACH Liq. can be applied on different kinds of denim fabrics, whether or not
containing elastomer, providing excellent results both on indigo and black denim.
The composition of Clearix ECO BLEACH Liq is free from compounds of manganese, chlorine, iodine
or bromine, which makes the product with reduced danger and with minimum environmental impact.
Thanks to its physical and chemical properties, Clearix ECO BLEACH Liq. meets the requirements to
properly perform nimbus processes, which are applications through nebulization in self-contained systems.
CHARACTERISTICS
Composition: Synergistic blend of products with decolorizing activity
Appearance: Yellowish limpid liquid
pH: About 2± 1
Solubility in water: Complete
Compatibility: Do not use in presence of reducing agents, ammonia, chlorine compounds or any acids.
Avoid to mix with products other than the ones here suggested.
Storage: Excellent in normal storage conditions for 1 year, kept at temperatures between 5 and
30°C, in its original packaging hermetically sealed.
APPLICATION
Clearix ECO BLEACH Liq. can be used on raw garments or after common washing steps. Before application, it is
not required a specific preparation of the fabric, other than scraping or laser treatment.
Dosages
Clearix ECO BLEACH Liq is added directly into the bath and used together with compatible wetting agents.
Liqour ratio 1:6 - 1:10, Time: 20 min, Temperature: 25-300C

Neutralize:
Before proceeding with subsequent washing phases, it is necessary to properly neutralize the garments, according to
the following indications:
2 — 3 g/L of Clearix White powder + 2 — 3 g/L of hydrogen peroxide at 45°C for 10 minutes
Rinse
2 — 3 g/L of sodium metabisulphite or Clearit NTR at 45°C for 10 minute
This ensures to obtain an excellent whiteness, persistent even in the long term. In case of heavy bleeding from the fabric,
we recommend the addition of a suitable dispersing agent during both the two neutralization steps.

Notes
It is always advisable to run preliminary tests to verify in advance the possibility to achieve the final required results, taking into
consideration type of fabric and employed process.
Some plastic and metallic container and accessories can be sensitive toward the product. When possible, only use containers made
in high-density polyethylene or stainless steel, or at least check in advance the suitability of the materials.
Too prolonged contact or exposure to high temperatures do not allow to achieve better results or to accelerate the reaction, while
they can be dangerous for fabric resistances and elasticity. Keep garments at room temperature while waiting for the product to exert
its activity, however avoiding to wait for more than four hours before proceeding with neutralization. We recommend to always
evaluate in advance the most suitable conditions, taking into consideration the type of fabric and application.
The product must be handled according to hygiene and safety rules of good industrial practice. For the use of the product, carefully
follow the information provided in the safety data sheet and adopt adequate protective equipment.
