activities that must be completed by their wedding date. In addition, they have estimated the time of each activity
(in weeks).

delayed without delaying the entire project. The maximum delay allowed for activity C is the amount of slack, which
is 2 weeks.

manager identified the following renovation activities and their estimated times.

c. What activity has the most slack time? activity F has the highest difference between LS and ES, which means it has
the most slack time.
d. Will the project be completed by September 1? Yes since the latest finish is 16 SO, the project will be completed by
September 1.
