ORGANIZATION
A. The tournament manager will be responsible for the technical organization of the tournament.
B. The decision of the committee in all matters regarding the tournament is final.
2. COMPETITION RULES
A. The competition will be held in accordance with the organizer / tournament manager
B. Change / additional players will not be allowed once the entry form is submitted.
C. Maximum of fifteen (15) players only.
D. The goalkeeper is not allowed to catch the back pass.
E. Scores are not allowed from the following.
1. Direct kick-off
2. Direct throw-in
3. Direct goal kick
F. Substitution
1. Flying substitution in & out
2. Referees must be inform

Composition of players in each department
15 MALES
4. GAME FORMAT
Game will be 15minutes straight
Single round-robin top 2 teams will play for finals.
Rank 3 and 4 will play for 3rd place.
POINTS SYSTEM - teams will determine their rank base on number of points, number of goals and in case of tie
penalty shoot out will apply.
Win - 3 points
Draw - 1 point
Loss/default - 0 point
Eliminated teams will determine their rank base on points, number of goals and in case of tie penalty shoot out
will apply.
Walk over
Team’s not in the playing field 15 minutes before their scheduled match losses by forfeiture and the match will be
awarded 3-0 to the opponent .
Yellow Card and Red Card
Yellow Card: One (1) yellow card in a single match-caution. Two (2) accumulated yellow cards in the same match equals
a red card resulting in suspension from the current match and the next match
Red Card: If a direct red card, the player is suspended from the current and next match. Ejections for fighting or any
other actions deemed violent will result in outright suspension from any further play.
Any player, coach, manager, team official or parent exhibiting or threatening violence to anyone, this will be grounds
for immediate expulsion from the tournament.
Penalty kicks
In the event of a tie in the semi-finals and championship matches, the penalty kick procedure will be used.
ONLY 7 players inside the field (6 field players and 1 goalkeeper) are allowed to kick.
Three (3) kicks for each team and then sudden death. If all kickers are used, each team may choose another kicker from
the last 7 players who played.
