Precautions

Clean all parts with cleaning solvent and dry with compressed air.
Rework damaged parts and before assembling, prepare all replacement parts.
Coat the sliding parts, bearings and gears with clean gear oil.
Coat the motor assembly sliding parts and bearings with clean hydraulic oil.
Replace the O-rings, seals.
Use a torque wrench to tighten the screws and plugs to the specified torque.

1. Press-fit roller bearing to drive shaft.


Tools: 14599547
NOTE!
Use the press machine.

NOTE!
Be careful not to damage the sliding surface for the seal on the drive shaft.

2. Insert the snap ring with snap ring pliers.


NOTE!
Make certain of the direction of snap ring.

3. Tighten 5 plugs to valve casing to the specified torque.

4. Press-fit pin.

5. Press-fit needle roller bearing.

6. Assemble seat, steel ball, stopper and plug in sequence.


NOTE!
Make certain of the direction of seat and stopper.

7. Mount relief valves.

8. Assemble O-ring, counterbalance spool washers, springs and seat in sequence.

9. Fasten covers with screws.


NOTE!
Confirm that cover, and O-rings are fitted correctly.

10. Tighten the screws and nuts.


NOTE!
Only if previously loosened.

11. Assemble spool, O-ring, spring and plug in sequence.


NOTE!
When assembling the spool and the sleeve, pay attention to the assembling direction. Plug side has a slit at the end of
the spool and the sleeve.

12. Fasten orifice.


NOTE!
Ensure O-rings are fitted correctly.

13. Assemble control rod.

14. Assemble pressure reducing valve, spring and plug.

Ensure O-rings are fitted correctly.

15. Fit cylinder spring, spacer and spherical bushing to cylinder block.
NOTE!
Align the phase of the cylinder block and the spherical bushing.

16. Insert the assembly of piston and shoe to push plate and fit it to the cylinder block.

17. Tighten the 4 plugs motor casing to the specified torque.

18. Press-fit 5 pins.

19. Fit the seal.

NOTE!
Be careful not to damage the lip of the seal.

20. Assemble the drive shaft assembly.


NOTE!
Insert it while striking the outer race of the roller bearing with a wood block and hammer.

21. Assemble pivot.

22. Fit the control piston.

23. Mount swash plate to casing.


NOTE!
It is easier to work by placing the motor shaft horizontally.

24. Fit the pin stopper.


NOTE!
Ensure O-rings are fitted correctly.

25. Fit the cylinder sub-assembly.

26. Assemble friction plates and mating plates.


Align the mating plate to pin.

27. Fit the brake piston to the motor casing.


NOTE!
Pay attention to the direction of the brake piston.

NOTE!
Ensure O-rings are fitted correctly.

28. Tighten the orifice to the specified torque.

Confirm O-ring ins fitted properly.

29. Mount 10 brake springs.

30. Mount valve plate to valve casing.


NOTE!
Coat grease on the surface of the valve plate to hold it in place.

31. Assemble the valve casing to the motor casing using a crane. Tighten them with screws.

Align the pin of the shaft casing and the pin hole of the valve casing.

32. Tighten the relief valves and plugs on valve casing to the specified torque.
