I’m writing this letter to recommend Caroline Pongo as a Front Desk


Receptionist from October 2021 to December 2022. Caroline was a
Front Desk Receptionist at our hotel and was one of my most reliable
and beloved employee. A hard worker, tremendously friendly,
organized and never failed me. Her duties included greeting
customers, completing scheduling and appointments, handling
correspondence and other administrative duties. Her exceptional
organizational and communication skills made the business run
smoothly. She was always willing to pitch in when there was a need
and helpful in keeping the business running outside her front desk
duties. She’s a great team player and a hard worker therefore I highly
