STUDY OVERVIEW
ABOUT THE SURVEY
The Laptop Satisfaction Study 2024 is intended to track the evolution of the
laptop ecosystem in India. Along with finding the top laptop brands, the survey
digs deeper into the laptop users' research preferences, usage patterns, and
more.
SURVEY METHODOLOGY
The survey was conducted by collecting responses from laptop users who
filled up a questionnaire on Google Forms and stated their preferences. The
data that was collected was then cleaned and analysed to bring out insights.
THE REPORT FOCUSES ON
1. Determining laptop ownership trends and popular price ranges.
2. Evaluating user satisfaction with different laptop brands.
3. Determining future market share gains for laptop brands.
4. Identifying key factors influencing new laptop purchases (e.g., retailer
choices, new features).
DEMOGRAPHICS
The respondents are primarily male as more than 89% of the survey responses
were from this gender.
