A RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE BARANGAY PATROL SERVICE OF BARANGAY
UNION
Presented for consideration of this body is to pass a resolution for the approval of the Barangay Union
Development Plan CY 2024 as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council.
WHEREAS, Barangay Offcials and Barangay Tanods shall maintain peace and order and ensure the
delivery of basic services.
WHEREAS, Barangay Patrol Service is a great help for social and humanitarian needs in times of
emergencies, likewise it is used for the maintenance of peace and order, for rescue, relief operations
during times of calamities and for the Violence Against Women and Children.
WHEREAS, allocation of the cost P60,000.00. under the BDRRM continuing balance will be used for
the benefit of the barangay concerned in particular;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Union Development Plan CY 2024, after review, is found to be in line
with the development policies and priorities of the barangay government and the Municipal
Development Council;
WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation, the members of the Sangguniang Barangay approved the
consensus of the said matter.
THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Elvis L. Morales and Kagawad Emerson M. Rapio duly
seconded by all, it was;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve and adopt the Barangay Union
Development Plan as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council for CY 2024.
