RESOLUTION CONDUCTING BRIGADA ESKWELA VOLUNTEER WORK FOR


PARENTS EVERY SECOND MONDAY OF THE MONTH

WHEREAS, the school governing council of Elena M. Mipana National High School
recognizes the importance of community participation in ensuring that public schools
are well-maintained and ready for the upcoming school year;

WHEREAS, Brigada Eskwela is a nationwide voluntary effort that engages all


education stakeholders to contribute their efforts and resources in ensuring that
public schools are all set in time for class opening; and

WHEREAS, acknowledging the success of the Brigada Eskwela program in


mobilizing voluntary efforts from teachers, parents, students, and other stakeholders
in the community.

RESOLVED, that all parents of Elena M. Mipana National High School shall render
two hours of volunteer work in the school every second Monday of the month,
starting from September 2023 until May 2024, as part of the Brigada Eskwela
program,

RESOLVED, that the volunteer work will involve various activities, such as cleaning,
repairing, and maintaining school facilities, as well as supporting school programs
and initiatives,

RESOLVED, that the volunteer work will be open to all members of the community,
including parents, teachers, students, and other stakeholders

RESOLVED, that the school administration will recognize and appreciate the
contributions of volunteers through various incentives and recognition programs;

RESOLVED, that Sir Kenneth George Fernandez is designated as the in-charge of


the attendance, and Sir Renato Plenos is designated as the in-charge of the area.

This resolution is hereby adopted and shall be effective immediately.
