Dear Ma’am / Sir,

Good day, Ma’am / Sir I am writing to express my willingness to apply for any job

vacancies in your office. I am willing to present myself to you to show my skills and

qualifications that are necessary to make a significant contribution to your office.

I am currently enrolled in Sultan Kudarat State University- Isulan Campus under

the Civil Engineering Program and am just waiting for the Official declaration of

graduate to finally finish my bachelor’s degree. While waiting, I took my licensure

examination review at Kinetics Review center. Moreover, it was recently announced that

the our Transcript of Records will be released on June. Thus, I will not be able to

complete the requirements to take the Licensure Examination.

As a major in Structural Engineering, I have become familiar with the spectrum of

abilities and real world experience that would enable me to fit in your office.

With my knowledge during my CE project in determining the total project cost

and duration of the project by preparing the architechtural, structural, electrical,

plumbing and fire and detection alarm system plans, and by preparing the program of

works which includes the project cost estimate of materials, labor and equipment,

project scheduling, and costruction specifications. Also I became an intern and project

supervisor on ten infrastructures of SKSU located at ACCESS, Tacurong, and Isulan

Campus and was tasked to manually estimate the project cost of two-storey building.
