McDonald’s Customer Satisfaction Survey:

Since most of the market participants in the fast food sector offer a variety of food selections,
this business has caused confusion among consumers. McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Johnny
Rockets, and Howdy are popular fast food chains. People choose the location, and then the
decision of which burger to choose follows. The delectable flavour and distinctiveness of each
burger they give are the cause of this misunderstanding. Lovers of hamburgers wish they could
have them all at once. They must choose from the Chicken Sandwich, Crispy Chicken Sandwich,
genuine Beef Burger, or Cheesy Burger because that isn’t an option. There are people who are
obsessed with fast food, and this obsession needs both good quality and great taste. Burger
enthusiasts never skimp on quality, therefore they always choose to go to reputable
establishments. Furthermore, every fast food establishment must be aware that when a consumer
chooses your burger over all others, he must believe that every mouthful will be “pleasing bite”.
The standard and quality of the burger’s fries cannot be compromised, unless someone is

Technical Goals : In terms of food, McDonald’s has set a 2020 target of serving 100 percent
more whole grains, low-fat dairy, fruits, and vegetables in nine of its key markets: Australia,
Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The
business also intends to create objectives for the nine markets in 2015 to minimize salt/sodium,
sugar.

Scalability: We are providing them large amount of scalability in their network. That if the user
increase in an organization so they do not need to again build the full network McDonald’s
Corp. recently declared that, going forward, it will be putting more of an emphasis on precise,
verifiable sustainability improvements, taking its corporate sustainability journey to the next
level. The fast-food giant outlined a framework of aspirational targets that it will try to fulfil by
2020 in its most recent corporate sustainability report. The corporation has published
sustainability reports in the past, but such reports did not include such explicit benchmarks for
achievement. The framework’s five main components are food, sourcing, planet, people, and
community. According to the report by J.C. Gonzalez-Mendez, McDonald’s senior vice president
of global corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and philanthropy, these were chosen
because they are essential to the company’s commitment to generating shared value for its
business and society. The objectives, according to Gonzalez-Mendez, are intended to
concentrate McDonald’s on ethical and environmental business imperatives intended to shape
the company's future and strengthen its brand.
Availability: We are providing them a network which is available 24/7 without any down time
to avoid any problems for user on their time of working. Or we are taking a connection from
different supplier that in case if there is any problem came so they automatically change in to
another supplier network not making any down time. McDonald’s Pakistan currently serves
millions of consumers nationally through 72 locations spread over 24 major cities.
Security: We are implementing the high-level security in that network which we are creating to
protect our network and data from breaches, intrusions and other threats. Network Security
involves access control, antivirus software, application security, network analytics firewalls and
[Link]’s Pakistan Limited (“McDonald’s”) is glad to notify all of its customers about its
privacy policy since it recognizes the value of privacy to its patrons. We may use CCTV cameras
to record video during your visits to our restaurants in order to monitor restaurant safety.
Usability: We are creating a network in such a way that whenever i n future if company want to
add or change something on the network so the user are able to understand it easily that
where is switches connected where is the router how they connect with each other that if there
is any type of error came in the network so they are able to correct it very easily without facing
any issue McDonald’s makes use of regional social media accounts in addition to its global and
US accounts. The new group is a component of the company’s plan to leverage technology to
reach more customers and boost sales. As part of that effort, McDonald’s has been putting in
digital self-order kiosks in its locations, expanding meal delivery, and investing in innovation.
McDonald’s continues to run a robust marketing effort. The business heavily utilizes billboards
and signage in addition to the conventional media like television, radio, and newspaper
advertisements. It also sponsors sporting events ranging from Little League to the Olympic
Games and FIFA World Cup.

Adaptability: We need to create a network in such a way that they are able to adopt the
changes easily which is happening in the network like enter new employee data remove old
employee data. Accept the new software update without facing any issue McDonald’s
remodeled their restaurants to create a unified, modern setting with a relaxed dining vibe. By
including natural and healthier ingredients like fruits, salads, and veggies (like carrot sticks),
they backed up the idea they had proposed. Aloof Tikka Burger, a burger with a cutlet made of
mashed potatoes, peas, and spices from India, was released for 20 rupees (20p). It was
essentially the McDonald’s equivalent of street cuisine, something you might see on Indian
streets. The Big Mac and other enduring favorites from McDonald’s are still available at many of
their locations across the globe. In addition, they sell products that are completely different and
more suited to their respective cultures, such as McMolletes in Mexico or McSpicy Paneer in
India.

Network Performance & factors:

The fast food business increased its net income for the fiscal first quarter from
$1.11 billion to $1.54 billion, or $2.05 per share, from the same period last year.
McDonald’s earned $1.92 per share after items, exceeding the $1.81 per share
forecast by Retinitis analysts. Performance goals are employed in McDonald’s to
increase the effectiveness of operations. They have achieved a lot, one of which is
offering wholesome fast food at reasonable costs. It to rank among the leading
companies in the food retail sector. Allowed the McDonald’s staff to serve more
customers each day. Any organization’s five primary business performance goals
should be quality, speed, dependability, adaptability, and affordability. You are
probably well aware of the importance of efficiency and productivity in achieving
corporate performance goals.

Logical Architecture

It’s become uncommon to use the words “ McDonalds “ “architecture” together since the

company gave up its iconic, modernist-inspired golden-arched structures in the late 1960s in

favour of a separate, golden-arched sign and a far less thrilling mansard-roofed building.

Rare, though not unheard of, as some of the franchise’s more spectacular establishments

were designed by a few eminent architects. The biggest franchise in the world can afford to

take a few risks and have a little fun. In 1983 McDonald’s approached a man named David

Berm ant to build a new restaurant in the parking lot of one of his Berwyn, Illinois,

properties. Now Beermat loved two things: building shopping centers and collecting art.

McDonald’s gave him the opportunity to do both. He agreed to let them build with one

stipulation – they build something.

Structure Designing ( wiring optional)

Now that you are aware of what network diagrams are, you may learn about the many

manual, automatic, and semi-automatic methods for producing your own network diagrams.

McDonald’s Corporation has a divisional organizational structure. Conceptually, in this

structure type, the business organization is divided into components that are given

responsibilities based on operational requirements. Each division handles a specific

operational area or set of strategic objectives. An organizational structure is a system that

outlines how certain activities are directed in order to achieve the goals of an organization.

These activities can include rules, roles, and responsibilities. The organizational structure
also determines how information flows between levels within the company. This structuring

provides a company with a visual representation of how it is shaped and how it can best

move forward in achieving its goals. Organizational structures are normally illustrated in

some sort of chart or diagram like a pyramid, where the most powerful members of the

organization sit at the top, while those with the least amount of power are at the bottom.

Naming & Addressing Scheme

One of the biggest fast-food chains in the world, McDonald’s is an American institution

famed for its hamburgers, particularly the Big Mac. The corporate office is located in

Chicago. Maurice (“Mac”) and Richard McDonald, brothers, founded the first McDonald’s

restaurant in San Bernardino, California, in 1940. It used to be a drive-in with a large

assortment of goods. However, the brothers decided to restructure the company in 1948, and

a newly envisioned McDonald’s launched following a three-month refurbishment. The chain

kept growing both domestically and abroad. The first McDonald’s restaurant outside of the

US opened in 1967 in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. About 34,000 outlets were

running in more than 115 nations and territories at the beginning of the twenty-first century.

It was claimed that a new McDonald’s opened somewhere in the world every five hours
during the 1990s’ rapid growth. By putting an emphasis on inexpensive cuisine,

entertainment, and flavours that were pleasing to both kids and adults, it efficiently rose to

the position of being the most well-liked family restaurant.
