PETITION UNDER SECTION 426 Cr.P.C. FOR SUSPENSION OF


SENTENCE AND GRANT OF BAIL.

Respectfully Sheweth:-

1. That the petitioner has already filed the above mentioned

appeal before this Honourable Court which is fixed for hearing

for 26.09.2007.

2. That the grounds of appeal may please be read as an integral

part of this petition.

3. That the petitioner has a good prima facie appeal and there is

every likelihood of its success.

4. That if the sentence of the petitioner as per impugned

judgment dated 31.07.2007 is not suspended and the

petitioner be not allowed bail, the petitioner shall suffer an

irreparable loss and injury.


It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the titled

petition may please be accepted and the sentence of

the petitioner may please be suspended and petitioner

be allowed bail.
