Terms & Conditions
QUOTE VALIDITY : 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF QUOTE.
Taxes: All the above mentioned prices are inclusive of GST.
PAYMENT : we request to forward 100% advance payment for equipment's and do confirm with your order with all principles.
DELIVERY: Delivery 4-6 weeks from the date of commercially confirmed purchase order along with advance payment.(however it varies case to case)
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation charges extra at actuals to be paid by customer at the time of delivery.
1. Transport charges extra as customer need to arrange transport.
2. Any material lifting or shifting that will be under customer responsibility,
3. Customer need to provide Technical team hotel stay (boarding and lodging) {if the site is out of hyderabad} .
4. Site visiting two visits 1.Desing explaining and 2.During installation,
(Any problems can be sort out on Video call only with the technical team)
Incase need any extra site will be done on paid basis only.
INSTALLATION : Within the Hyderabad limits - one free visit after final installation towards Orientation and Demo of Products
Supplied by us. For every Subsequent / Additional visit desired by you a charge of Rs.4000 /- will be levied.
EQUIPMENT WARRANTY :
> All electronic Equipments carries 1 year warranty from the date of installation
> Speaker carry 2 years warranty from the date of installation.
> Laser Projector carries 1 year warranty and lamp based projector carries 1 year warranty and its lamp carries 180 days or 1,000Hrs from the date of installation.
> Cable does not carry any warranty
> System should always be through stabilized power supply. Any damage to the system an account of power fluctuations
or spikes is not covered under warranty. Also we will not be liable for any damage to the equipment resulting from thunder/Lightening.
OTHERS : In case any extra cables Supplied apart from Order quantity.The same will be charged extra as per quoted price.
Conduting cable layout, DB Fixing, power wiring & Any / All Civil works that may be required at the site are not under our Scope.
