and Gas pipeline projects as well plant projects as mentioned below.
1) Mallavaram Bhopal Bilwara Vijapur Pipeline Project of M/s GSPL Transco India Limited,
construction supervision of M/s VCS and TPI CIEL – Construction of total 15 nos of
station including 10 SV stations, 3 IP stations and one Dispatch and one Receipt
terminal.
2) Paradip Haldia Durgapur Pipeline Project of M/s IOCL – Construction of total 36 nos. of
MOV/RCP stations.
3) Kochi Kozhikode Mangalore Bangalore Pipeline Project – Construction of 7 SV station
and 1 IP stations.
4) LPG Import terminal of BPCL at Haldia Plant – Construction of various civil structural job,
pipe racks, tank, equipment foundation, control building etc.
5) Durgapur Bhagalpur Dhariyapur Patna Mujjafarpur Pipeline Project of M/s IOCL –
Construction of total 65 nos. of SV stations and 6 nos. Terminal.
6) Paradip Hyderabad Pipeline Project of M/s IOCL – Construction of total 28 nos. of
MOV/RCP stations.
Project Details: Working as a PROJECT MANAGER for ELECTRICAL SYSTEM REVAMP
PROJECT, ONGC HAZIRA. Project cost - 84.73 cr. (June-2013 to March-2017)
Client – OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LTD
PMC – Engineers India Limited.
Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, fabrication, installation, testing,
commissioning of 22no. of substations for OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION
LTD, HAZIRA PLANT (SURAT).
Project Details: Working as a PROJECT MANAGER for BCPL, ASSAM. Project cost - 29.75
cr. (Jan-2013 to May-2013)
Client – Brahmaputra Crackers and Polymer Limited
PMC– Engineers India Limited.
Construction of balance civil and structural work for Brahmaputra Crackers and Polymer
Limited, Dibrugarh, Assam.
Total 1000 MT of structural steel work and 10,000 cum of RCC work.
Responsibility as a Project Manager:
Finalization of Budget of ESR & BCPL project by considering all aspects of civil,
electrical, mechanical work.
Review of Monthly Progress of Project vis-à-vis Target/Schedule agreed with
Client/PMC
Follow up with sub-contractors for timely completion of civil, mechanical, electrical work,
identifying & deploying the additional resources for timely completion of project.
Monitoring of Project: Actual progress Vs Schedule for construction, Procurement and
engineering on weekly basis. Reminder to be given as an alert to concerned on weekly
basis and updating the recovery plan by taking their input. Highlighting the impact of
procurement /engineering /construction on overall progress.
Generate RA Bill every month by 10th day. Ensure Collection of payment of RA Bill for
the project every month by last week of Month. Reminders should be given to
Client/PMC in case of delay prescribed in the tender on regular basis.
Bought out items Procurement list to be prepared, discussed for concurrence of
planning and advised to be given to Procurement dept as per schedule. Ensure
placement of orders in line with the project schedule with regular follow up with
procurement group.
Monitoring of progress within budgeted cost for the Quarter/year.
Monitoring of Projected/Agreed Revenue and billing in the Quarter/year.
Project Details: Working as a Chief Manager-Civil for PGPL Pipeline Project-GSPL,

Chhattisgarh. Project cost - 75.60 cr. (Jan-2012 to June-2012)

Installation of pipeline of size 10” & 14” diameter from Raipur, Saraipali, Korba.
Construction of Total 12 nos. of stations, Receipt terminal, Dispatch terminal Tee point,
MOV.
Project Details: Working as a Senior Manager-Civil for BNPL Project- GAIL PUNJAB. Project
cost - 85.60 cr. (Jan-2012 to June-2012)
Client – Gas Authority of India Ltd.
Consultant – Macon India Pvt. Ltd.
Construction of Total 07 nos. of stations, Receipt terminal, Dispatch terminal.
Project Details: Pipeline laying & associated works for Mundra-Bhatinda pipeline Project. Project
cost - 385.60 cr. (May-2009 to Dec-2011)
Installation of pipeline of size 28” diameter from Gujarat-Rajasthan.
Construction of 1no. Pumping station, 2nos. Pigging station, 17nos. SV stations, 1no.
dispatch terminal, receipt terminal including associated civil, structural, architectural,
mechanical, electrical & instrumentation work etc.
Project Details: Pipeline laying & associated works for Vadinar-Bina pipeline Project. Project
cost - 139.90 cr. (Dec-2007 to Apr-2009)
Installation of pipeline of size 24” diameter from Gujarat-MP.
Construction of 2nos. Pigging station, 13nos. SV stations, 1no. dispatch terminal, receipt
terminal including associated civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical &
instrumentation work etc.
Responsibility as Chief Manager:
Execution of civil works for Mainline pumping station, SV stations, IP stations & dispatch
terminal..
Leading a team of Engineers for the construction of Sectionalizing Valve Stations
( seventeen numbers ), Intermediate Pigging Station ( two numbers ), Dispatch
terminal (one number) & Intermediate pumping station ( one number ).
Guiding the team of engineers and also the Sub - Contractor for planning,
executing, testing, material planning, etc to complete the job in time.
Assisting Project Manager for arranging / delivering / issuing the Free Issue
Materials to the Sub- Contractors well in advance to avoid idle labour and delay
in completion of the job.
Guiding the team of engineers to conduct the meetings with the Sub -
Contractors for maintain the progress, maintain the quality and quantity.
Guiding the full team for the Quality Control.
Assist Project Manager for the regular meeting with the Client, Consultant. Carrying
out the job as per the requirement of the Client / Consultant.
Submit the Format to the Client / Consultant for the completion of project.
Guiding the Engineers for the Preparation of the As - Built Drawings, Final Papers
for handing over to the client / Consultant.
Prepare progress reports and share it with related contractor so that inter related activity
will go easily.
Check drawings, cost estimates, site layout plans and specification prepared by
consultant Engineer and client.
To correlate the civil work, at the time of execution with electromechanical activity so the
requirement of electrical, control & instrument and Mechanical at site is satisfied with
civil work.
Initiate joint measurement of complete work together with consultant and contractor.

1) KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LIMITED (May-04 to Nov-07)
Designation: Assistant Manager
Project Details: Construction of World Largest Pumping Scheme (Lift Irrigation Project) at
Saurashtra Branch Canal under Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited (SSNNL),
Surendranagar. Total Project costs about 650 crores. There are total 05 (five) nos. of Pumping
Station and 26 nos. of Concrete Volute Pump of capacity 20,000 liter per second and 30 nos. of
Vertical Turbine type Pump of 5,000 liter per second.
Construction of Rafts, Draft Tubes, Concrete Volutes, Sump, Intermediate floor,
Operating floor, Maintenance Bay, Air Handling Unit, Gated Structure, Fore Bay,
Discharge Duct (Round for VT pump & Rectangle shape for CV pump) and Convergence
Bay.
Auxiliary building, 220 KV Switch Yard, Switch Gear room, Control room and Pump Bay
area.
Responsibility:
Responsible for daily work to the construction site and monitoring in terms of quality,
progress, technical requirements and quantity measurements.
Prepare progress reports and share it with related contractor so that inter related activity
will go easily.
Prepare a detail work plan in MS Project, together with the consultant, contractor.
Ensure that the progress is on track and take timely action.
Check the monthly running bills from the contractor as per contract documents and
make payment request as per the SSNNL procedure.
Keep record of all bills, payments and monitor the payments to the contractor,
consultant engineer and any other expenditure on the project.
Check drawings, cost estimates, site layout plans and specification prepared by
consultant Engineer and client.
Make the Bar Bending schedule and Survey report for each and every concrete pour.
Check the reinforcement steel as per design and drawing and agree on the starting of
concreting work together with the consultant Engineer.
Initiate material testing together with the consultant Engineer and obtain results. Check
the test results and keep records of all the tests. Take timely action, if the quality is not
as per specification in consultation with the project in-charge and the consultant.
Monitor the quality of the workmanship together with the consultant.
Initiate joint measurement of complete work together with consultant and contractor.
Check the measurement sheet and abstract of cost as per tender document.
Prepare monthly report and submit to Chief Project Manager / Construction in-charge.
Preparing and maintaining documents and drawings as per ISO-9001.

requirement of electrical, control & instrument and Mechanical at site is satisfied with
civil work.
Major Milestone: Successfully commissioning of 6 nos. of Vertical Turbine pumps
(As on Jan-06) and 5 nos. of Concrete Volute pumps (As on March-07) at World’s
Largest Pumping Station site. (PS-1 Dhanki village, Surendranagar.)

Project Details: Ahmedabad city Water Supply Project.
Manufacturing and Laying of RCC Sewerage Pipeline.
M.S. and D.I. pipeline project for connecting existing water distribution stations and new
(proposed) water distribution stations to Kotarpur water works by Trunk Main.
Responsibility:
Preparation of running account bills as per site Measurements.
Preparation of project report of Bar Charts with reference to work amount v/s time period.
