Note: This price Applicable minimum 5 Device AMC Otherwise Convince Charge Extra Pay by Client.
All Taxes are applicable as per Govt. Guidelines Extra Pay by Client
Payment Conditions
100% advance on the time of Agreement.

Terms and Conditions


 At the time of signing the contract all the equipment should be in good working condition. To
bring the equipment in good working condition, the charges would be extra as per actual.
 Maintenance charges are to be paid 100 % in advance.
 Five visits in a Month. Extra Visit Charges applicable 300 + Conveyance per Visit.
 We provide only service in non-comprehensive AMC, Parts will be charges extra as per
actual.
 We will provide all hardware, network, software & antivirus support but all the legal
software’s & anti-virus software must be arranged by customer only.
 Support will be provided in only our Working Hours 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM between Mondays
to Friday.
 Complaint Visit 48 Working Hours.
 Burnt, Theft, Mishandlings, Mouse beaten, Consumables will not be covered in AMC.
 Products Warranty depends on the Manufacturer Company.
 AMC Services requires a contract duly signed by both parties.
 We offer ASC services WITHOUT PARTS, which means that if some part is damaged and
cannot be fixed, the client will have to bear the cost for the purchase of new computer part.
