Neckline & Yoke
● Cast on 84 (88) 92 (96) sts in ​color A​ on a 5mm, 40 cm circular needle. Work a
k1, p1 rib for 3 cms.
● Switch to a 6mm, 40 cm circular needle.
● Knit 1 round and increase 6 (12) 13 (14) sts evenly along the round = 90 (100)
105 (110) sts.
● Knit 3 rounds.
● Begin working pattern i color A and color B (see diagram). Remember that the
diagram is read from the bottom right corner to the top left corner.
● The diagram is repeated 18 (20) 21 (22) times on the round. Switch to the 80 cm
circular needle when the 40 cm needle gets too short.
● When all sts and rounds of the patter have been worked = 39 rounds = 216 (240)
252 (264) sts.
The work measures about 24 cm, including the neckline.

● Continue in stockinette stitch in ​color A​ until the work measures 25 (27) 29 (31)
cm.

Part into sleeves and body on next round


● Work 61 (68) 72 (77) sts in stockinette (back).
● Place the next 47 (52) 54 (55) sts on a piece of yarn or wire stitch holder to rest
(sleeve).
● Cast on 8 (8) 8 (10) new sts underneath the sleeve.
● Work 61 (68) 72 (77) sts in stockinette (front).
● Place the next 47 (52) 54 (55) sts on a piece of yarn or wire stitch holder to rest
(sleeve).
● Cast on 8 (8) 8 (10) new sts underneath the sleeve

Body (front+back)
You now have 138 (152) 160 (174) sts for the body.
● Place a marker under the sleeves, in the middle of the new cast on sts.
● Continue in stockinette for 5 cm.
● Decrease around each marker like so:
After the first marker, k2tog, k until 2 sts before next marker, ssk, slip marker,
k2tog, k until 2 sts before next marker, ssk.
You now have 134 (148) 156 (170) sts for the body.
● Continue in stockinette stitch for 15 cm.
● Repeat the decrease round (20 cm in all, measured from armhole).
You now have 130 (144) 152 (166) sts for the body.
● Continue in stockinette stitch until the work measures 28 (30) 32 (34) cm from
the armhole, or your desired length.
● When you reach your desired length, switch to a 5mm, 80 cm circular needle.
● Work 5 cm of k1, p1 rib.
● Bind off loosely in rib.

NB!​ If you want a more stretchy bind off, use the elastic bind-off method linked on page 2.

Sleeves
Continue as such:
● Place the 47 (52) 54 (55) sts of the first resting sleeve back on 6 mm circular
needles or double pointed needles.
● Pick up 8 (8) 8 (10) new stitches along the cast on edge under the sleeve.
You now have 55 (60) 62 (65) sts for the sleeve.
● Place a marker under the sleeves, in the middle of the new picked up sts.
● Continue in stockinette for 5 cm..
● Decrease around the marker like so:
After the marker, k2tog. K until 2 sts before marker, ssk.
● Decrease like so ever 2 cm, 10 (12) 13 (13) times in all.
You now have 35 (36) 36 (39) sts for the sleeve.
● Work in stockinette until the sleeve measures about 39 (38) 37 (36) cm from the
armhole.
● Decrease 1 (0) 0 (1) st on the next round.
you now have 34 (36) 36 (38) sts for the sleeve.
● Switch to 5 mm circular needles or double pointed needles.
● Work 4 cm of k1, p1 rib.
● Bind off loosely in rib, or use the elastic bind-off method previously mentioned.
