Meet the team:


1. Principal Architect: Is the artistic head of the household, directing the
creative tone of the design team and overseeing all end products within the
technical team.
2. The Design team:
a. Senior Architect (x2): Collaborates between the artistic/creative vision of
the principal architect and the other members within the design team, and
ensures project quality and adherence to client specifications
b. Junior Architect (x4): Supports the senior architect with design
development and contributes to the design development and formulation.
c. Interior Designers (x1): Focuses on interior space planning, material
selection, and furnishing design.
d. Graphic Designers (x1): Translates the vision of the architects into visual
boards for the client and for marketing purposes.
3. The Technical team
a. Project Managers (x2): Coordinates the project timelines, budgets, and
resources, liaise between clients and design teams, and ensures project
delivery according to schedule.
b. Draftsman (x2): Produces detailed architectural drawings and plans,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
c. 3D Visualisers (x1): Oversees construction activities on-site, ensuring
compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality
standards.
4. Administration (x1): Prov ides administrative support, including managing
correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office operations.
