Grease the threaded plug of the completely assembled union piece with LOCTITE and screw it into the metal control unit with metal harmonica type measuring unit - with a falling characteristics line
harmonica connecting piston (173) so that the cross hole of the union piece is positioned 0,5 mm to 1 mm below
the valve body cross hole.
Attention! Both cross holes must be in alignment.

Valve insert (105, 156)

Use the adjusting screw (124, 185) to get the diaphragm system in a position that will allow the valve insert to
be fitted.

Base plate (1)

The locating faces of the load limiting and control unit base plates must be adjusted even to each other.

Spindle (33) of the amplifying valve

For basic adjustment of the amplifying valve turn the spindle (33) so far, that the spindle groove (with a black
mark) comes in line with the front edge of the sleeve (35) fixed in the guiding screw (34).

Grease the threaded plug of the completely assembled union piece with LOCTITE and screw it into the metal control unit with metal harmonica type measuring unit - with a falling characteristics line
harmonica connecting piston (173) so that the cross hole of the union piece is positioned 0,5 mm to 1 mm below
the valve body cross hole.
Attention! Both cross holes must be in alignment.

Valve insert (105, 156)

Use the adjusting screw (124, 185) to get the diaphragm system in a position that will allow the valve insert to
be fitted.

Base plate (1)

The locating faces of the load limiting and control unit base plates must be adjusted even to each other.

Spindle (33) of the amplifying valve

For basic adjustment of the amplifying valve turn the spindle (33) so far, that the spindle groove (with a black
mark) comes in line with the front edge of the sleeve (35) fixed in the guiding screw (34).
