Code of Conduct
Nulearn is committed to protect the privacy of our customer. We assure that the information we collect, and
that you choose to share, will be treated confidential. Nulearn shall never disclose your personal information
to any individual.

All text, images, and other materials communicated via digital, print or any other media are subject to the
copyrights. Virtual payment process is secure and private and shall not be revealed to anyone other than the
payment gateway.
Fee Refund Policy:
1. If the request for withdrawal is received 30 or more days prior to beginning of the course, then the
course fee shall be refunded after deducting a penalty of Rs.5000 and applicable taxes.
2. If the request for withdrawal is received 15-29 days prior to beginning of the course, 50% of the
Course Fee excluding taxes will be deducted towards administration and cancellation charges and
the remaining amount may be refunded.
3. If the request to withdraw or cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to beginning of the
course or anytime after the beginning of the course, the applicant will not be eligible for any refund.
Appeals for part refunds will neither be well-thought nor administered.

Interchangeably, the applicant may appeal to shift to the immediate next scheduled batch of a program
whereby a fee of INR 5000 and applicable taxes will be charged as the Rearrangement Fee and the
Applicant shall be rescheduled to the next program and the already paid course fee shall be adjusted as
an advance payment towards the next batch of the program.

If the request for shifting to immediate next batch is received 15 or more days prior to beginning of the
course, the rearrangement fee does not apply.

However, if the applicant appeals to be shifted from one course to another course or one institute to
another institute, then a fee of INR 5000 and applicable taxes will be charged by default as the
Rearrangement Fee and the Applicant shall be rescheduled to another course or institute.

(Please note that the applicant may only appeal to shift the candidature however, the final decision
remains with the Institute and the management).

If the applicant chooses to shift to next batch or any another course any time after the beginning of the
course, then applicant will not be eligible to shift his/her candidature to next batch or any another course.
Late Fees:
A late fee of Rs. 2000/- will be charged if the installment is paid after the due date.If the fee installment is
not received within 15 days from the due date participant shall be considered as a dropout.
Termination by Nulearn:
Nulearn reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time owing to reasons like insufficient
enrollments, faculty unavailability, or ext. Under such circumstances the applicant is entitled for full fee
refund. The refund will be processed maximum within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request.
Termination by Institute:
If any participant tries to share his/her personal information such as email id, contact number or outside
link to join any informal group during live sessions then the institute reserves full right to take an action
against the participant and he/she shall be barred from the live session.

Troubleshoot Process
If you are unable to join the training session, please clear all cookies and cache from browser, close the
browser and reopen a fresh window and try again to join the session.

If you are still not able to join the session, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Ÿ Click on windows start Menu
Ÿ Under the search box, Type “Internet options” and select the same from the search results
Ÿ Under the Internet Properties dialog box, select “Advanced Tab”
Ÿ Scroll down and select “Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1 & Use TLS 1.2”.
Ÿ Click Apply and then ok.
Ÿ Close the browser and reopen a fresh window and join the session again.

Do’s
Ÿ In order to access the WebEx training platform, a participant must ensure a minimum bandwidth of 1
MBPS (consistent speed).
Ÿ Participants should have windows 8 or above to make sure your system is compatible with the platform
features.
Ÿ Participant has an option to connect Audio through Desktop/laptop or through his/her cell phone. You may

Session#id_17237 for more information on how to join audio during live session.
Ÿ Please login 15 minutes prior to the start of class
Ÿ Please use the latest version of Google Chrome / Firefox browser to join the session (Do not use internet
explorer)
Ÿ If you still have issues with Audio, please connect Audio through Cell phone.
Ÿ Please use good quality of headphones or earphones.
Ÿ We advise you to take a good Internet connection or wifi for next 4 months hence you won’t face any
internet connectivity issue.
Ÿ Faculty will give option to all participants to ask queries / questions during the session one by one.
Ÿ Participant are supposed to maintain discipline during the live session to have wonderful learning
experience. All questions can be floated over chat platform.
Ÿ Participants must login at least 15 minutes prior to the session.
Ÿ Study material required for any session will be shared on LMS.
Ÿ Attendance for each session will be captured at the back end.
Ÿ If a participant is using a company's laptop/desktop to attend the live session, please ensure you have
disabled all firewalls that may create hindrance to run the platform smoothly.
Ÿ Live session & Recordings can be accessed using the LMS platform and are not available for download.

Don’ts
Ÿ Please do not connect with Mobile hotspot.
Ÿ Please do not access LMS, Live Class & Recording through Mobile device.
Ÿ Please do not use Live class training platform to exchange contact information.
Ÿ No participant will lead or speak on the behalf of others or batch, doing so shall restrict his / her access to
the session.
Ÿ Do not ask unnecessary or irrelevant questions.

FAQ’s
Q1. When will I receive my login credentials for the course?
Ans. Login credentials are shared 3-4 days prior to the course commencement.

Q2. How long will I able to access my course content?


Ans. The access to the course is available through the program duration with a 15 day additional access post
course completion. If you need access to your course beyond the 15 days grace period, you may opt to pay
the subscription charges as given in the subscription plan.

Q3. How do I access my course?


Ans. An email with the login info is sent to your registered email address. If you are unable to find the email,
please raise a ticket or chat with us at https://support.nulearn.in/portal/home

Q4. What is minimum attendance I need to maintain to be eligible for the certificate?
Ans. You need to maintain a minimum of 70 % attendance throughout the program duration. Your attendance
will be captured at the backend when you login to the live session.

Q5. What if I am not able to attend the live class? How do I access it later?
Ans. All live session will be recorded and a copy of the recording will be available under the LMS login couple
of hours later post live session.

Q6. Will I be provided a hard copy of the reading material?


Ans. All reading material is provided by the institute in a soft copy format which you can download for your
ready reference . The same will be shared under your LMS login. Study material will be shared on weekly
basis as per the session requirement.

Q7. Will I be provided a softcopy of the certificate?


Ans. No, Certificate hardcopy will be dispatched at your registered mailing address post course completion.

Q8. Will I be able to access session recordings?


Ans. Yes, all the sessions will be provided on LMS till the time you are enrolled for the particular course.

Q9. How do I refer my friend for any program listed on Nulearn website?
A referral shall be valid only if you refer your friend either by filling refer & earn form listed on our website or
email their referral details to Nulearn Team and the referred one successfully enroll in any program.

Q10. Can I access study material and recording after the completion of my course?
Ans. Yes, you can subscribe to LMS to retrieve your course material and session recordings. The duration of
the subscription plan along with the charges will be shared towards the course completion.
