2. Please be informed that at about 7:14 PM of April 23,2024, Barangay Official of
this Barangay led by Brgy. Capatain Adolfo Mabalot received a report of a rape
incident within the Barangay’s jurisdiction. Duty officer under supervision of
Kagawad Robert , responded to a reported rape incident at their Barangay, this
Barangay at around 7:00 PM of same date wherein the victim was identified as Jenny
Dumlao, 15 years old, grade 8 student and also resident of the same place.

3. Initial investigation reveals that prior to the incident, the victim was seen together
Paragraphing with the suspect walking towards the house of the victim by their neighbor Marites
1-5 Torres, female, 45 y/o who was going to buy sardines in the sari-sari store near at the Body
house of the victim. 1-5

4. Victim was shouting unstop so the neighbor rush to the house of the victim to
check on her and they saw her sitting in the corner and trembling. They saw the Font Style
suspect rushing to escape after the incident. They retrieved the victim and brought to Times New
the nearest medical center for treatment however pronounced Rape by Barangay Roman
Capatain, Adolfo Mabalot.
