BINDING APPARTUS

1. Reeling equipment
2. Fixed sleeve of steel wire
3. Locking wheel
4. Base of reeling equipment
5. Spanner
6. Clip
7. Butterfly nut
8. Foam box1

Step Operation Picture
1 1. Put the base of reeling
equipment onto smooth
table

2. Prepare the pincer pliers,


fire hose and hose
coupling

2 Insert the hose coupling into


reeling equipment ( see picture )
and tighten the hose coupling with
spanner

3 Loose the butterfly nut, put the


end of steel-wire into fixed sleeve
of steel-wire then tighten the
sleeve using the locking wheel
4 1. Bending the steel-wire
according to size of hose
coupling

2. Reeling

3. Screw down the butterfly


nut after reeling 2-3 circles,
then reel the wire
according to hose coupling
type
5 1. Loose the locking wheel,
tighten the excess wire by
pincer pliers

2.Cut the wire of reeling


equipment, and twist with
excess wire

3.Put the equipment into


foam box for future usage
