CONTRACTOR shall proceed with the scope in full compliance to the contract. Any COMPANY reviews /
response shall not relieve CONTRACTOR from his contractual obligations. CONTRACTOR shall state clearly
any deviations in his submittal and shall be listed as “Deviations”. If no explicit acceptance from COMPANY to
the listed deviations, CONTRACTOR shall not assume that COMPANY accepted the mentioned Deviations.
The content of this document does not supersede the Contract nor represent a Change Order request. Should
this document contain any requirement that is not a Contractual Obligation, then the Contract should be
followed, and the Contractor shall inform Company immediately and request a Change Order.
