A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF REY D. SALAZAR AS BARANGAY TANOD


OF BARANGAY 83-B COGON SAN JOSE, TACLOBAN CITY

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 396 of RA 7160, the Barangay Tanod shall be appointed by the Punong
Barangay with the concurrence of the majority of the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREAS, Ms./Mr. REY D. SALAZAR is appointed by Punong Barangay HON. MARILYN C. GO as the
Barangay Tanod, subject for the concurrence of this body.

WHEREAS, Ms./Mr. REY D. SALAZAR possesses all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications to
the position of Barangay Tanod.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. NOMER F. DABAN duly
seconded by the SB Member HON. LARRY V. CAHINDO.

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, concurring the appointment of REY D. SALAZAR as


Barangay Tanod of this Barangay.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all offices concerned. ADOPTED
unanimously this 18th day of December, 2023.
