DepEd Order No. 012 s. 2021, amendment to Deped Order No. 030 School
Calendar and Activities for Sy 2020-2021 to address the needs of the learners and
teachers.
The proposed SLAC will focus on teaching strategies adaptive to present situation
and demonstration teaching.
I. Program Description
Taal Senior High School will hold a LAC Session for five days focusing on teaching
strategies relative to the new normal . Discussion and demonstration teaching after each
teaching strategies that would help address the gaps.
Teaching Force
It is expected that they will make use of different strategies and apply the

techniques learn.
Terminal Objective:
The teachers will demonstrate adaptive teaching strategies in the new normal at the
end of the training.

In the delivery of this online orientation and training , laptops will be used
in the conduct of the training.

Observation:
Based from the evaluation and feedback of the teachers, the program was timely and were
able to assess and recognize their health and recognize that it has impact in performing their
work performance. They also able to to identify and demonstrate effective ways of handling

stress.
Facilitators were able to impart their knowledge and expertise to the teaching and non-
teaching personnel of the district. They found the program appropriate and timely which all
school heads and their school will able to use to lessen if not to eliminate stress in their
respective workplace.
Program managers were so ecstatic on the return of participation and output from the
participants.
The speakers and facilitators were all knowledgeable of their respective topics. They clearly
discussed the topics and imparted the desired outcome to the participants.
It is the venue which most of the participants gave constructive comments. Some of them
suggested that the seminars could have been more absorbed if the session rooms were air-
conditioned of if the seminar was conducted on a resort with more able facilities.
