My career path is to become a seaman and eventually a business owner. I'll start by completing high school, senior

future.
What is your philosophy in life?
Practice Compassion and Kindness. Practicing compassion and kindness not only benefits others by offering

belonging, and happiness. Additionally, acts of compassion and kindness have a ripple effect, inspiring others to do
the same and creating a more compassionate world overall.

Yes, maybe in Switzerland or New Zealand because I like their salary rate. It's a good place also. It's like hitting two

To be a successful seaman/business owner. So I'll become financially stable by that I can provide for my family.

My expectations for work immersion are to gain hands-on experience, refine my skills, and learn from
professionals in the field. I anticipate being challenged and pushed out of my comfort zone, which will ultimately
help me grow and develop as a professional. While I may have some apprehensions about stepping into a new
environment and facing unfamiliar tasks, I see these challenges as opportunities for learning and personal
growth.

Work is on your way. Are you prepared to work? Do you have the potential, character, talents, and skills to take
up the vigor of being a worker? What should you possess to become a good worker? How will you prepare for

I'm always prepared to work! To be a good worker, one should possess qualities such as diligence,
reliability, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and improve. It's also
important to be proactive, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
To prepare for work immersion, I would:
1. Research the company or organization: Understand its mission, values, and culture.
2. Learn about the industry: Familiarize myself with key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Reflect on my strengths and areas for growth: Identify what skills I can bring to the table and where
I may need to improve.

documents are typically put in place to ensure a safe, fair, and productive work environment for everyone. By
following them, employees contribute to the smooth operation of the company and demonstrate respect for its
policies and values. However, if there are aspects of these documents that someone disagrees with, it's

them with supervisors or HR representatives. Open communication can lead to constructive changes that benefit
both employees and the organization as a whole.

Yes, I have experienced disagreements with co-workers before. In those situations, I make sure to listen
attentively to their thoughts and concerns. Once we both feel calmer, I initiate a conversation where I explain

resolve differences. I would rate my skills in handling differences of opinion as 10/10 because I prioritize
comprehension and effective communication, which I consider vital in maintaining positive working
relationships. It's a communication and analytical skills.
Best example is in a team meeting focused on process improvement, differing opinions arise regarding the

problem and enhances team cohesion.

convey my ideas and responses to the interview questions. Despite the initial apprehension, I found
ways to manage my nerves, allowing me to focus on articulating my thoughts clearly and confidently.
Moving forward, I recognize the importance of further practice and techniques to help alleviate
nervousness in future interviews. Nonetheless, I'm proud of my ability to maintain composure and
deliver my responses thoughtfully during the mock interview.
1.What are the areas that you think you are good at and areas that needed to be improved?

consistently. Furthermore, I am highly goal-driven, with a strong sense of determination and focus
when working towards objectives. I approach challenges with a strategic mindset, breaking down
goals into manageable steps and persistently working towards achieving them.

of delegating tasks to optimize team efficiency and foster collaboration. Additionally, I'm continuously working
on refining my active listening skills to ensure I fully understand others' perspectives and ideas before
