continuous improvement and also strategic investment for long term cost effectiveness.

SCOPE OVERVIEW
Investing in a new 3 baskets capacity retort unit ensures reiability and efficiency. Expected to lessen overall
maintenance cost/ expenses,production downtime/delays and prevent revenue loss associated with equipment
Project Objectives failures. Also, a new retort unit would incorporate modern features and innovations, improving processing product
effeciency and personal safety.

Customer Need Acquisition of retort 3 basket capacity will able to process the excess basket in a less cost of steam.

1. One (1) unit of retort with the capacity of 3 basket.


2. The system operation shall be designed as fully automated for controls and automations. Any faults, alarms, and
operational status shall be view from HMI.
3. All piping works should have enough to contain specified working pressure of fluid flowing.
4. The new system shall be installed, tested and commissioned by qualified and authorized vendor Technicians and
Engineers.
Customer Requirements 5. Installed piping should be properly insulated with cladding.
6. The new system should pass safety requirements and free from factory defects and other quality issues.
7. Compliance on workmanship should conform to ASTM standards.
8. All electrical works shall conform to National Electrical Code and IEEE standards.
9. The supplier shall conduct training to all OPM, Calibration and Production.
10. Safety related requirements
1. Submission of test certificates according to applicable standards.
2. Factory Acceptance Test reports certifying that everything has been tested and passed the requirements according
to test procedure based on existing or applicable standards.
3. Testing and commissioning test reports showing data are within the specifications.
Customer Acceptance 4. Site Acceptance Test certification and validtion requirements.
Criteria 5. Training certification of qualified personnel.
6. New installed piping shall be tested and pass the hydro test requirements – No leaks.
