Dear Sir
We thank you very much for your inquiry for the above subject and subsequently submit our quotation
according to the enclosed technical and commercial offer.
We would like to highlight some advantages in having Retro Daya Engineering as your partner for your project.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY AND PRICING

Total Package Price is excluding Value Added Taxes (VAT.
Delivery Place is Site Project PT. KTI, Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia
PRICE VALIDITY AND INCOTERMS
Our offer is valid for order placed prior to 60 Days. The price does not include any taxes and fees
Orders placed after the offer validity is subjected to price escalation, however, the offer may be extended
through written confirmation from the Proposal Hub.
TERMS AND PAYMENT
Payment has to be affected with the following conditions:
30% down payment after PO received.
70% before shipment.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery will be after 16 Weeks, effective after receipt of official purchase order, technically and
commercially clarified order, including receipt of requested down payments or payment securities and confirmed on
the basis of the following milestones, according to attached “Submission of Electrical Documentation”:
Any changes, modification, or others beyond the stated conditions above may affect delivery time and equipment
price. The delivery includes packing as described in the attached scope of supply. A detailed project milestone
schedule will be submitted with our order confirmation.
Delivery time will be affected if it overlaps with Idul Fitri or Christmas or New Year.
STORAGE
In the event shipment is delayed for any reason that is beyond the control of PT Retro Daya Eng., and the
equipment needs to be kept in storage, a storage fee in the amount of 1.5% of the equipment value shall be
charged per month on the first day of each month.
In the event that shipment is delayed for reasons beyond our control, payment shall be effected against shipping
agent’s confirmation that the material is ready for shipment or storage.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES & LIABILITIES
Liquidated damages (LD) is 0.1% per day of undelivered part and maximum 5% of undelivered value.
In no case we shall be liable under any condition as a result of this offer for any indirect or consequential damages,
such as, but not limited to: Loss of profit, loss production, loss of use of equipment, loss of power or any other
claims from third parties.
Under no circumstances shall Supplier’ total aggregate liability toward Customer exceeds the Contract Price.
We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery / damage caused by Force Majeure, incidence, accidents,
or other events that are beyond our control.
WARRANTY
The warranty period will be 12 months after finish working completed ,within a maximum of 18 (eighteen) months
from the date of the material are already recevied, whichever occurs earlier..
