position of Elementary teaching field within the Municipality of San Francisco , Division of

Elementary Education at Mountain View College. I completed my Masters Degree major in
Educational Leadership and Management at Southern Mindanao Colleges, Pagadian City.

As a Teacher I believed that Education and learning is the Long- Life process. I continue
to improve myself by attending seminars and training and most importantly by reading and
researching to make myself adept in knowledge concerning education whether that I will be the
classroom management, curriculum planning, teaching and learning process.

My educational qualifications and work related experience will be honed and effectively
applied to the position as Master Teacher I which I am applying for.
