Subject - Letter of Appointment


Dear Amrendra,

With reference to your application for employment and subsequent interview you had
with us, we are pleased to appoint you as ARO in “Financiio Solutions Pvt.Ltd”. The term and
conditions of your appointment are recorded below for your consideration and acceptance.

1. Commencement Date-
a. This appointment will commence on the 04th March 2024. The terms and conditions of the
appointment shall be effective from your date of joining.

b. The appointment shall stand null and void if any particulars furnished by you, are found to
be incorrect on verification by the company at any point of time.

2. Salary- In this context, we shall be offering you a total CTC package of Rs. 1,44,000/- per
annum and will be subject to statutory and other deductions as per company policies and
practices.

3. Reporting -
a. You will to report to your manager nominated by the department head on the said date. You
are required to comply with the company’s rule es and regulations at all given times and
should always act in a manner that protects the company’s interest.

b. Your official working hours 9 Hours (Monday to Saturday).

4. Roles and Responsibilities-

a. Your roles and responsibilities are outlined in the job description which is extension of this
contract. Your signature will that you fully agree with all the terms and conditions laid out in
the contract.

b. No personal calls from official numbers which is assign to you.

5. Leave-
a. Privilege Leave -: You will be entitled to get 12 working days of leaves full pay in a year.
b. Vacation -: You will get festive holidays benefits as per decided by the company.
c. USL -: For this purpose, regular full-time employees will accrue six (6) sick leave at a rate
of one day in any month when it is genuinely needed with the proper documentation.

6. Termination & Resignation –


a. During Probation period of 3 months your service can be terminated by us by giving you 3
verbal or written notices to you. However, we may relieve you any time during the notice
period and without any compensation other than the payment of salary.
b. We have all rights to terminate your service without any notice or payment of salary in lieu
therefore if you commit any breach of your duties and responsibilities under this contract of
service or are found guilty of any gross negligence or misconduct which contravenes the
express or implied conditions of your service.
c. Absence for a continuous period of three days without prior approval of your superior,
would result in your losing your lieu on the service and the same shall automatically come
to an end without any notice or intimation in the form of absconding.
d. After confirmation, you may resign from service 30 days written notice to us and payment of
salary with full and final settlement will be given after 45 days from the date of last day
working. Financiio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Reserves all the rights to payor recover salary in lieu
of notice period.

7. Probation/Confirmation

You will be on observation period for one week and your probation is of six (6) months from the
date of joining, where after, if your services are found satisfactory, you will be confirmed by means
of a verbal or written intimation from us. The company reserves the right to reduce/dispense with or
extend your probation period as its absolute discretion.
Your confirmation will be subject to satisfactory performance during the probationary period &
submission of the complete documents.
8. Zero Tolerance Policy –
 Misuse of Company Assets
Employees shall not misuse the tangible and intangible assets of the Financiio Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
A. Employees shall not utilize any of the internal information which is acquired directly or
indirectly through the employment for personal profit.
B. Employees shall not misuse the assets of company for personal use or profit or
any other use unrelated to the employment activities of the company.
C. Employees shall not be involved in any “for profit” secondary activities or multiple
employments.
D. The budgets provided by company shall be properly used, executed transparently
and also, be for legitimate business purpose.

 Sexual Harassment
Employees shall agree to make the workplace safe and civil. Sexual harassment, discrimination
or offensive behavior of any kind, shall not be tolerated. Any actions or offensive behavior of any
offensive sexual nature shall not be tolerated. Employees shall be prohibited from making any
actions or inactions that may be considered offensive in nature, including offensive glance,
critique, comment or contact.

 Transparent Transaction
Employees shall act and conduct the business of company in a transparent manner.
Employees shall not accept gifts or other valuable consideration in dealing with others in
relation to the business of company. The employees shall refrain from any acts that may
negatively affect the company’s goodwill.

 CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Employees agree to maintain all confidential information received during the course of
employment at the company. Confidential information is defined as any intellectual property
rights, including but not limited to trade secrets, know-how, copyrights or any information,
which the client and/or company may deem confidential in nature.

9. Employment

You will be full time employee of the company and during the period of employment with us you
will neither serve anywhere else, part time or whole time nor will you indulge yourself in any
other business trade, profession or vocation, directly or indirectly, without obtaining prior written
permission of the management.
10. Devotion of Duty

You shall during the terms of your services, give and devote your whole time and attention to
the said business and shall in all respects diligently and faithfully obey and observe all lawful
orders and instructions of the Board of Directors, Committee of Directors authorized in this
regard or any other Designated Director in relation to the conduct of the said business and
shall faithfully serve the management and you will use your best endeavor to promote the
interest of the company.
