Government and Private institutions, Police Station, Restaurants, Hotels, Shopping Malls,
Tuition Classes and Bus Stations are located within 2.5 kilometers radius from the property.
Fair marketing facilities are available at Kandy Town Center as well as Katugastota from
both direction of the subject property. Water Supply, Electricity and Telecommunication
Facilities are provided by the relevant Local Authorities. Frequent Private and Public
transportation system is available along Kandy - Thennekumbura Main Road. Kandy City
Center could be reached within 5 mints.

The land value of the area has highly gone up during the last couple of years. Land

Having considered all the relevant factors such as location, physical characteristics of
