7- How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?

A. Sir/Ma’am, as per my belief, sometimes stress is more important tool to do

the work more precisely and handle things in time, without pressure or stress
for work it may lead us astray or maybe we become sluggish sometimes so
as per my belief deadlines are really important to complete given tasks
maintaining punctuality.

B. I stay motivated by thinking about the end result. I’ve found that even in the
midst of a challenging situation, reminding myself of my goals helps me
take a step back and stay positive.

C. I feel that sometimes pressure can be a good thing; working under pressure
has taught me how to prioritize and balance my workload (Share any past
incident or project you handled precisely under deadline)
8- What is your biggest fear?

A- Well Sir, I am looking for more responsibility and career growth

opportunities.
B- I am looking for learning new skills and enhance my work proficiency and
as per my research about this organization I will the exact exposure I and
seeking for.
C- I am seeking to advance my career and ready to put my complete endeavor
in order to achieve the growth according to my potentials.

10- What is your greatest strength?

A. I’d say one of my greatest strengths is bringing organization to hectic

environments and implementing processes to make everyone’s lives easier.

B. My greatest strength is my passion for continuous learning. For example,

whenever new software is released, I am always the first one to test and get
familiar with it. I enjoy exploring and learning every aspect of the software.

C. My greatest strength is my problem-solving skills. I pride myself on being

able to quickly and efficiently analyze and solve complex problems by
considering different perspectives. This skill allows me to remain effective
even in a stressful situation
11- Tell me about a time you demonstrated leadership skills?

I think that a good leader is someone who can make decisions while also
listening to others and being willing to admit when you’re wrong and course
correct

A. I’m passionate about helping other people achieve success and figuring out
what fulfills them.”
B. My passion is learning about technology and computer software. I love
staying up to date with the latest technology and learning all about how it

one book a month that will help me better myself

A. Sir, to be honest, I see how my parents are doing hard work for me, how
they are struggling for a better future. My parent's sacrifices for me and
my siblings and providing us every possible best thing motivate me the
most.

B. My goals motivate me a lot, at times when I feel demotivated and sluggish,

I remind myself about my goals and this helps me work with double
proficiency and strength.

C. Sir, my aim is to be a successful person which will give me social

reputation as well as good life. It motivates me a lot.

A. I plan on gaining additional skills by learning from my mentors and continuing
my involvement with a variety of professional associations.

B. Over the period of time, I want to gain a deeper understanding of how to work
better and efficiently and build a good rapport with the associates, and in a long
run, I want to start my own t firm. However, first I want to gain experience &
expertise first by working dedicatedly.
18- What is/are your hobbies?

A. My best hobby is meditating and spending my free time at meditation

retreats. I think it has really helped me understand my mind and its
complexities and in ensuring a better mental wellbeing.
B. My favorite hobby is travelling because I love discovering new cities
and places around the world.
C. I usually spend my leisure time listening to music or playing
(badminton).

A. One where I have the opportunity to support a team with the services and
abilities that meet the needs of the group with little supervision.

B. My ideal work environment involves pure solitude. I need to focus and

do my work without distractions.

C. My ideal work environment is one where empowerment and growth are

encouraged at every level, along with a positive work-life balance

20- How do you handle conflict?

A. While conflict I like to ask questions and understand my coworker’s

perspective. This helps keep the situation calm, helps them feel like
they’re being heard, and after this, I’ve found it’s much easier to come to
an agreement.

B. In most cases, I handle conflict well. I value diversity and understand that
different people have different opinions, which may lead to conflict so
firstly I listen to both the parties calmly and try to give best possible way
to resolve it
