LIST OF APPROVED GUIDES FOR MAPC PROJECT*

NOTE:

1. The learner can take Academic Counsellors as Guide for their Project, who are
already approved Guides; Or any other Faculty of Psychology from colleges or
universities as Guide for which refer to the eligibility criteria as given in the Project
Handbook. In case of the latter, send the biodata first to the Discipline of Psychology
on [email protected] or [email protected] for approval.
2. The Project Handbook can be accessed on the following link:

3. If the learner takes Guide from this list, she/he needs to contact the concerned
faculty from this list and take their consent regarding guiding them for the project
course.
4. Inclusion of the name in the list does not make it binding on the part of the Guide to
be the Guide for the learner.
5. There is provision of token honorarium to the Guide as per IGNOU norms. Format
regarding this is available in the Handbook of Project. Apart from this, there is no
other payment involved either by the university or by the learner to the guide.
6. As and when more names will be approved, the same will be included in the list with
the consent of the Guide and updated from time to time.
7. Always refer to the latest approved list uploaded under SOSS on the IGNOU
website.
