Prom 2024 Consent Form and Terms & Conditions

General Information:

• The ticket buyer acknowledges that they are purchasing a ticket for the "Prom 2024" event
organized by the Pupils’ Committee of the European School of Mol (ESMPC) and agrees to
comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

Ticket Purchase and Admission:

• The purchase of tickets for the event is possible through an online presale or in person during the
break or lunches at the PC Room.
• The online presale of tickets is possible exclusively through the official CoSup website:
www.cosup.eu/events/mol-prom/. After successful payment, the purchaser receives either an
email ticket, which can be printed directly, or a mobile ticket, both of which entitle entry. The
purchase contract between the organiser and the ticket purchaser is only concluded after
successful payment.
• The price of the ticket varies whether the student bought it before the deadline of 14 th April or
not. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Admission to the event is solely granted upon presentation of a valid ticket and any necessary
identification as requested by event staff. School cards do not pose as valid identification, as
they do not possess a birthdate.

Transport:
• It is the ticket buyer’s own responsibility to arrive at the venue as no transport is arranged by
the organisers.

Age Restriction:

• The event may have age restrictions, and the ticket buyer confirms that they and their guests
meet any age requirements specified for the event.

Drinking:

• Pre-drinking is not advised, as there will be strict face controls and bag checks. Arriving drunk or
under the influence of drugs at the party will give the organisers the right to deny entry to the
ticket buyer. Furthermore, the ticket buyer acknowledges that they are prohibited from
bringing their own alcohol, at the risk of confiscation and other legal measures.
• The overconsumption of alcohol or illicit recreational drugs is the ticket buyer’s own responsibility
as it will damage themselves, the other party attendees, and the venue, for which the buyer
hereby declares their readiness to refund and/or repair any damage caused. The party can be
shut down in advance if the Prom rules are disrespected.

Code of Conduct:

• The ticket buyer and their guests agree to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout
the event.
• The PC reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person displaying disruptive or inappropriate
behaviour without refund.
• Any damages caused to the venue of the ticket buyer is their own responsibility, and they will be
obliged to face the consequences, such as payment to the owners of the venue, or any type of
other liability resulting from the damages they cause, and which may not be covered by
applicable insurance policy.
• Any misbehaviour might trigger an appropriate response of the organisers or the owners of the
venue, which may include but is not limited to informing competent police authorities.
• Should these guidelines not be respected, and the conduct of the ticket buyer be in anyway
disturbing or inappropriate, they risk being banned from future events.

• For security, order, and waste reduction reasons, a security check is conducted by the security
service upon entry. It is prohibited to bring glass containers, bottles, cans, plastic containers,
packaging, or any other objects, weapons of any kind, or other dangerous items into the event
area. In such cases, the organizer is entitled to refuse entry to the event unless the visitor is willing
to surrender the mentioned items at the entrance check.
• In case of emergency or evacuation, attendees must follow the instructions provided by event
staff and security personnel.

Cancellation or Postponement:

• The PC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In
such cases, ticket buyers will be notified, and refunds may be issued at the PC’s discretion.

Photography and Recording:

• Photography and recording may be restricted during certain portions of the event. Attendees
must respect these guidelines and follow any instructions provided by event organizers.
• Photographers will be present at the event, and the ticket buyer hereby grants consent to appear
in pictures taken during the event. Furthermore, the ticket buyer grants the Pupil’s Committee
of the European School of Mol the authority to use photographs and/or video recordings of
themselves for the purposes of:
o advertisements;
▪ online and offline;
o display on the PC’s social media presences and in particular on:
▪ Instagram;
▪ LinkedIn;
▪ YouTube;
▪ TikTok;
• The participant has been made aware that photographs and/or video might be used in print and
digital format and can depending on the purpose appear on websites, banners, advertisements,
and social media.

Intellectual Property:

• The ticket buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any event-related content, including
but not limited to logos, without the express written consent of the PC.

Health and Safety:

• Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. The PC is not liable
for any injury, illness, or loss of personal property.

Privacy Policy:

• The ticket buyer acknowledges and agrees to the event's privacy policy and may contact the PC
for any concerns.

Ticket Scalping:

• Ticket resale is prohibited. The PC reserves the right to cancel tickets and refuse entry to anyone
found to be in violation of this policy.

• The PC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Ticket buyers will be
notified of any changes, and continued use of the ticket constitutes acceptance of the modified
terms.
• By purchasing a ticket to Prom 2024, the ticket buyer confirms that they have read, understood,
and agreed to these terms and conditions. The PC reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone
who does not comply with these terms.

Signing:

• By signing the following, the ticket buyer hereby accepts and confirms acknowledging all rules
and guidelines of Prom 2024, held from the 26th of April 2024 at 20:00 to the 27th of April 2024 at
02:00.
