Subject : SPOT REPORT re Arrest of Anthony Reyes y Cruz a.k.a
Tonyo” for the crime of Shooting Incident
Date : May 3, 2024
1. Reference: Verbal instructions by witness. May 3, 2024 at exactly
8:00pm
2. This pertains to the Shooting Incident that transpired at about 8:00 pm
of May 3, 2024 at Petron Gas Station located at Bayan Bayan, Ave. Brgy. Concepcion
Uno, Marikina City. Wherein complainant was identified as one John Cruz, 35 years
Old (DOB: December 15, 1990), Married, Currently working as a manager in Jollibee,
Native of Marabut, Eastern Samar and residing at No. 19 H. Bautista, Concepcion Uno,
Marikina City while the suspect was identified as Anthony Reyes y Cruz a.k.a
"TONYO" male, 43 years old (DOB: January 18, 1980) single, jobless native of
Montalban, Rizal and residing at No. 21 H Bautista st., Concepcion Uno, Marikina City.
(Under Police Custody).
3. Initial Investigation disclosed that at the given TDPO. Complainant
narrated that at about 8:00 PM of May 3, 2024, he saw the suspect and victim drinking
alcohol on the side of the road and these two were fighting. He saw the suspect pull his
gun and immediately shot the victim several times. The suspect wearing a shirt with
marking "Pogi Ako" and maong pants ran and fled to the direction of Marikina Heights
while the victim fell on the pavement part. While the patrol officer patrolling in his area of
responsibility the complainant inform him about the shooting Incident at about exactly
8:00pm of May 3, 2024 and follow up operation was conducted PAT Ryan Beng that
resulted in the arrest of the suspect at about 8:30pm of May 3, 2024.
4. The suspect was informed of his Constitutional Rights in a language
known and understood by him and he was brought to Amang Rodriguez Memorial
Medical Center for his mandatory physical and medical examination and subsequently
to this office for proper disposition.

SCENARIO:
While you are patrolling within your area of responsibility, a concern citizen
informs you on the incident that he witness. He averred that he saw a male person
pulled his gun and shot several times the other male person who stood infront of Petron
Gas Station located at Bayan-Bayanan Ave. Brgy. Concepcion Uno, Marikina City. He
also stated that suspect wearing black shirt with marking "Pogi Ako" and manong pants.
After the incident suspect fied to the direction of Marikina Heights while victim fell on the
pavement part. Being a patrol Officer, you immediately responded and because you
came from prestigious school and you acquired the knowledge and technique in patrol,
you immediately arrested the suspect.
