OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

DESCRIPTION : N/D X-Mas Tree, N/U & PR test BOP Stack, Pull Completion strg

Current data:
TOC @ 17700 ft / 79 deg Inclination MW: 17.5 ppg OBM (80/20)
Perforations: 15570 ft – 17650 ft Production string in hole: 3-1/2", 12.7#, L-80, TSH Blue Tubing
5” TOL @ 16998 ft / 80 deg Inclination 7 5/8” casing shoe @ 17134 ft, 55.3#; SS-110; TNHWSC
KOP @ 11070 ft
Pre-spud preparations:
- Water tanks full with water;
- Prepare Spud mud as per mud proposal;
- Equipment inspection as per Appendix "G" of contract;
- Appendix G and inspection is done and valid for 6 months;
- BHA COCs and inspection report;
- Load Test BOP winch;
- Install Iron roughneck and function test, check for leaks;
- Power slips availability;
- Power Catwalk to be installed APC;
- Top drive to be installed APC. Function test with tong line, pull TQ readings, TDs AMPS theoretical readings,
VDX TDs TQ…etc. All reading should be matching;
- Bentonite and Barite Silos (Hydro test);
- Test Mud pumps;
- Shale shaker screens inventory;
- Mud pump spare parts inventory;
- Center Mast with 14" DC and rotary table;
- Install Fire, H2S & All safety alarms, Calibrated & tested;
- Drop object Survey;
- Lifting gear Survey;
- Test all sprinkler system;
- Register for pad eye on mast and substructure;
- Dress pumps with 5-1/2" liners;
- UPR, MPR and LPR should be dressed with 3-1/2”, 3-1/2”, 4” rams;
- Offset Injector wells, MLU to create map and pressure on each, If any;
- Closeout all pending items as per attached file;
- Fill Pre-spud checklist in presence of KOC DSV, HSE and Sinopec-16 Rig Manager.
- Conduct H2S & Fire drills

Operation Instructions:
1. Ensure kill sheet is available and updated on rig floor and sufficient 17.5 ppg available on active system.
2. Spud well - Check pressure gauges and X-mas tree. If “0”, open all center valves from top to btm and DS side
outlet valves.
3. If no flow, disconnect top cap of X-Mas tree, install lubricator & Pressure test to 300 / 15000 psi.
4. Retrieve BPV and install TWCV. Line up test pump to crown of X-Mas tree, pressure test TWCV to 300/15000 psi.
5. Before N/D X-mas tree, mark reference at two places at right angle for X-mas tree orientation and take
pictures from all sides. Same orientation has to be maintained, when N/U.
6. N/D X-Mas tree and N/U 13-5/8” x 15M BOP stack.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
7. Function test all BOPs and HCR valves from all three stations.
8. Check Sec “F” pressure gauge, if “0” open Sec “F” side outlet valve in presence of company man.
9. M/U 3.5” JFE Bear, 15.5 ppf Tbg jts with TBG HGR landing sub and screw into tubing hanger (12 +/- 1 left turns).
Do not over torque the landing sub!
10. Pressure Test Annular BOP to 300/7000 psi and rest of BOP stack to 300/15000 psi except Lower Pipe Rams.
11. P/U, M/U & R/B 30 stands of 4” DP to use as kill string.
12. Retrieve TWCV. Close Sec “F” side outlet valves in presence of company man.
13. Make-up 3.5” JFE Bear, 15.5 ppf landing joints with X/O + X/O + FOSV and connect to TBG HGR.
14. Retract lock down screws of tubing hanger at Sec “F” as per FMC WH engineer instructions.
15. P/U slowly to confirm lock down screws retraction, stop if observe over pull, P/U & retrieve tubing hanger 5 ft
and observe well for 30 min.
16. Sting out seal assembly from PBR, circulate at least 1.5 times of the hole volume with 17.5 ppg OBM. Condition
mud to 17.5 ppg OBM In/Out.
17. Flow check for 30 min.
18. POOH & L/D 3-1/2” tubing production string, while check radiation level of each tubing joint by “ Geiger”
counter. (Arrange 1 rack as far as possible from rig & camp to perform norm survey for tubing jts). Offline
pressure test Stand pipe, Ground manifold & Choke manifold.
19. M/U and land test plug assy in WH sec “F”.
20. Change UPR & MPR to 4” and pressure test to 300 /15000 psi.
21. Retrieve test plug. Install wear bushing. L/D test assy.
22. RIH with 6” slick clean out BHA as per separate instructions.
