NIGERIAN CONTENT REQUIREMENTS


1. Demonstrate that the entity is a Nigerian registered company with greater than or equal to 51% Nigerian shareholding.
Furnish details of company ownership and shareholding structure. Also submit clear photocopies of your CAC Forms
CO2 and CO7. Tenderer shall provide evidence of company registration on Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Joint
Qualification System (NOGIC JQS) and NUPRC certificate.
2. Tenderer shall provide Detailed description of the location of in-country committed facilities & infrastructure (technical
office, and administrative space, in-country fabrication yard, maintenance workshop etc.) in Nigeria to support this contract.

3. Provide a project-specific organogram showing Names and Nationalities of all key personnel that will execute the work
scope for this service (not limited to Senior Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Construction Manager,

Engineering Manager, QA/QC Manager, QA/QC Engineer etc. Tenderer is invited to note that in line with the approved
NC plan for this tender, all personnel shall be Nigerian and there shall be no deployment of expat personnel.

4. Tenderer shall provide evidence of any of the underlisted Nigerian Content Equipment Certificates (NCECs)
demonstrating ownership of equipment and capacity to execute the work scope:

As part of the contract, CONTRACTOR is expected to engage personnel nominated from the national skill pool database for
training and competency development. The number of trainees will be determined with NCDMB and the training cost will be borne
by the Contractor. The format of the training will include Face to face training and a short term on the job training. In addition to the
training specified in the table below, tenderer is required to provide additional training applicable to the contract scope of work, and
this training plan shall be incorporated into the CONTRACT.
